Although very busy, Liv and colleagues were so friendly and helpful and we came away excited for our next trip. Fantastic experience: We booked a cruise today with The help of Olivia at Tui Arnison Centre Durham. My initial thoughts were is young Olivia experienced enough for a complex booking, I shouldn't have worried Olivia prooved to be more than capable for her young age, she completed our booking perfectly and even beat the on line quote we did ourselves. Olivia is an asset to Tui Arnison Centre, Well done Olivia!

Fantastic experience: I purchased an experience in early August, but it was canceled. By mid-September, I still hadn't received my refund, so I went to the TUI Durham store to ask about it. The staff explained the process and asked me to be patient as refunds can take up to 30 working days. A few days later, Lily emailed me, which was a nice surprise. She followed up on my refund and told me the process was completed. I received the refund within about 10 days. Thanks to Lily and the team for their help!

Fantastic experience: 1 in a million these guys are gone above and beyond for me and my partner from us having our passports stolen not been able to go on our holiday but TUI has managed to get our old holiday refunded now going on a holiday through TUI finding us cheap deal definitely 5 star to us very friendly and understanding well recommended TUI staff Arnison centre Durham

I'm quite capable of booking online but the store match the price, it's local and they're worth visiting as they can often tell you more about the hotel, resort, Cruise tips etc. and highlight any special 'retail only' offers, promotions. For those less IT confident they will input all details, print off boarding passes, labels etc for you. Rachel was so helpful in her efforts to secure via Marella a specific cabin for us for our last cruise. Friendly, efficient and personable. Sue too in the past has always been brilliant with additional information and tips. For that personal touch (Costa adjacent if there's a little wait) I would definitely recommend popping into the Tui store.

Negative experience: Been in three times now to try and sort a refund for my taxi and delay and still having issues getting it back. Quick to take your money but not quick to return your money when having issues through delays of over 4 hours

Fantastic experience: I've always been impressed by TUI's customer service over the phone but we had quite a convoluted change we wanted to make to an existing booking so went into TUI Durham for help. Lily couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Great communication, excellent service and a good laugh. Worthy of note is that every other customer in the TUI section of the store looked to be happy, sat with other members of staff or using the bureau for cash. Friendly conversations all around us. Also, there's a Costa just outside so grab a brew and book (or amend) a holiday in comfort :)

Fantastic experience: I got timed out booking online so I went into the shop for help. Liv was very pleasant and helpful and quickly got in touch with the relevant department to deal with my problem. Cameron on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Rebooked everything for me and dealt with the finance. Very relieved. Many thanks to both of them. Appreciate the service I received. Just shows you can't beat dealing with an actual person!

Negative experience: I havnt booked with tui since before pandemic for xruise never again staff non informative had more information from people on the marela Facebook page misinformed about checking in more like robots than sensitive people all you get is check your emails seaside travel next time

Olivia a trainee was absolutely fabulous.. got us started with our 2 week Caribbean Cruise, trying to find premium upgrade seats was a challenge!!!‍♀️.. needed to confirm seats on outbound and inbound so returned to store the following day !!. Sophie and the team were amazing.. we'd changed our minds overnight to a cruise and stay so thank you to Olivia for all the time nd patience, good luck with your future, and Sophie you're a star.. we have done a cruise before and we know it's not straight forward to guarantee seats on flights !!The hoops you guys have to jump through to help us a a customers have a dream holiday, All booked and Barbados here we come. We found Laura to be very knowledgeable and experienced about Marella cruises generally. She was very pleasant and enthusiastic. Fantastic experience: After having a complete nightmare with my home store in Stourbridge and dealing with rude and unprofessional staff , I am extremely grateful for the lovely Rachel who works at the Durham store. There’s not enough I could say to thank this woman who helped save our holiday. I have spent the last week trying to change our holiday as we felt scared with going to Egypt with the war going on next door, especially with having a 4 month old… my home store was refusing to change the holiday . As soon as I spoke to Rachel at the Durham store she sorted it out within minutes me and my partner were nearly in tears, after the experience we’ve had.
