Fantastic experience: Great service again from Louise and team at TUI Witney yesterday. Booked a short city break in Amsterdam and got some useful advice on the need to book museums - especially useful as have not been to the city before and would not have known about this if not for having booked in the TUI store. Friendly and helpful service, which makes me want to stay loyal to TUI.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I needed to book a one way flight from Florida to London. Although Tui do not book single flights Esme spent ages showing us the various options we’d need to access in order to book. Esme did this SO willingly despite there not being anything in it for her personally. When we next book a holiday and need help then Esme and Tui , easily accessible in the Witney High Street , will be our first port of call. Thank you Esme.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my family recently visited our local TUI branch (Witney) to make some general enquiries and left having booked a summer holiday. We were greeted and served by Sarah, who turned out to be an absolute STAR. Even though we set some really tight parameters/particulars she was still able to find us a few options to choose from, she really went above and beyond. The detail, guidance and knowledge she shared was invaluable and taught us much that we hadn't learnt from shopping around online. Also having traveled to a variety of places Sarah was able to share her experiences, local knowledge, eateries, sites to visit etc. Which very much helped us in deciding on our location. Whilst in store she helped us sign up to the TUI app, book a day trip and pretty much organise our entire holiday. Not only that but a couple of days later I received a confirmation email to inform me that she had contacted our hotel to make arrangement's that would enhance our stay. I really must reiterate that Sarah could not have done more to help, she more than exceeded our expectations and we are most grateful. We must also give a mention to Sarah's colleague Louise. A week later we popped back into the store for some advice and although Louise was incredibly busy she still found the time to deal with our query, not only that but she also helped us prepare for check in. What a diamond! Thank you Sarah (and team) for all your hard work and effort, providing a hassle/stress free, friendly and amazing service, it's very much appreciated. Dan&family. Negative experience: What a useless shop and even worse customer service! I called today to get buy some foreign currency. They didn’t have what I wanted but they would be about 12ish. They took my phone number and said they would call me. I waited and waited and waited some more…. At 3 I went back to see a notice on the door….”Out for Lunch” I could see a woman in the shop so I thought I’d wait. A few minutes later, another customer arrived. “It’s been shut since before 2:30” he said! At that moment, the woman came to the door, we’re not opening for another hour!!!! We’ve been busy!!! Now that just hacked me right off, the door says open to 5:30, no mention of it being closed for lunch, what ever happened to customer service??? 1 1/2 hours for lunch??? And at 4 they rang me to tell me they are now open! Well I went to Sainsbury’s! Got a better rate and Nectar points too!!! Want foreign currency? Don’t go to Tui! Better go to Sainsbury’s!!!

Fantastic experience: I went into the Witney TUI shop today, I had my 4 year old grandson with me so I was slightly anxious he might get fed up. But not with Louise there, she made him very welcome, showing him pictures of our holiday and he even got given a little duck! Louise guided me through the booking process in detail. Fantastic experience: There are three travel outlets in my nearest town of Witney. I went into Tui first, to be greeted by Louise, who talked me through my ideas for a surprise 60th birthday holiday for me and my partner. There was no pressure to go ahead; just a very helpful, relaxed chat and a useful printout of the aspects we had discussed. I went on to the other two outlets, which are travel agents, rather than holiday companies. The staff in each were friendly enough, but one wasn’t yet offering holidays as late in the year as I wanted and the other just didn’t seem terribly interested. I wanted hand-holding and a “one-stop shop”, so after a quick bit of online research I went back to Tui. Luckily for me, Louise was still free, and she was like a burst of winter sun on a cold January day. She took me through everything, explaining the deals, helping to find a lovely hotel, finding the best prices, choosing the seats on the aeroplane, booking an overnight hotel at Gatwick for the outward journey, and providing advice with things like travel insurance and currency exchange. Throughout, she was informative, enthusiastic and friendly, and very happy to help with every one of my queries about this very special birthday trip. I felt in extremely capable hands, and I’ve been left with the reassurance that I can contact the company or pop into the branch at any time if I need to follow up on anything. I am certain that I would have struggled to get anywhere near the complete holiday package if I’d tried to go through this process online, and I don’t believe I would have had the support of a human presence available to me for any subsequent enquiries or glitches. Even though I have never used a travel company before, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit to Tui in Witney if you’re looking to book – or even just investigate – a holiday.

On my behalf he successfully liaised with his customer services' colleagues and promptly confirmed a more advantageous solution that saved me hundreds in the process. I commend Alex for his knowledge and professionalism, as he was also able to advise on other aspects such as discounts on 'Local Experiences' (not accessible online despite having been advertised as such!) and late cover for airport parking. I am very pleased with the package he put together in a relatively short span of time and would highly recommend his services to anyone keen to iron out all possible queries that might occur when booking online. In my case I could not have expected a faster and more convenient outcome, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had to write a review just express how amazing Louise from the Witney branch was. I have never known patience and just a sweet countenance like it! Louise took her time to go through everything with me and never rushed and only when I got up (after booking) did i note that there were people in the office waiting. I have had experiences where agents have rushed me because others have been waiting (as a result have never booked with them). I will say this, I will absolutely be booking again with TUI (and recommending to family and friends) Will probably wait for Louise though as she was great :)

Fantastic experience: Cant express enough gratitude for Esme at TUI Witney who kindly helped plan an entire snowboarding trip for a group of lads who are notoriously impossible to make plans with. She was actively friendly, approachable and communicative throughout the entire booking process. She really went above and beyond to ensure our trip was the best it could be. Thanks to her the planning process was short and headache-free, and returned a week filled with lifelong memories. I will be booking with her support in the future, and if anyone wants their holiday to begin before even leaving UK soil, I would urge them to do the same :)
