Negative experience: First time I went in to get euros lovely lady gave me a buy back agreement I went in a week later to change back to sterling Different nasty faced girl wouldn't even look at my buy back guarantee Horrible attitude As a vulnerable person I feel heavily taken advantage of I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: we went in to book a holiday and booked with chloe the apprentice. We didn’t have much ideas on where we wanted to go or stay and chloe was absolutely amazing very helpful and used a lot of her time to help us find the perfect place. She talked us through everything and was very patient with us showing us lots of options and places. We couldn’t have booked it without her time and effort
