Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday with Louise in the TUI Derry store 2 weeks ago. Louise was amazing. We wanted to go last minute and Louise was able to talk us through our options and get us the perfect holiday for our family. Really appreciated all the help she gave us. She was so knowledgeable about the different areas and hotels. She even went the extra mile to check us in and print boarding passes for us. Arrived today and couldn't be happier. Fantastic experience: Amazing staff - special mention to Dani! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a complete novice to solo travel and I managed to secure a 3 week trip to Thailand with flights accommodation and transfers included through Dani. She was amazing and so patient with all my questions and queries. I don’t think I would have been able to have gone through with and book the trip without her amazing help, guidance and patience. I approached other travel agents who laughed when I suggested the idea but Dani was excited, engaged and interested from the minute I entered the store and put my mind at ease with any uncertainties I had. Could not recommend this travel agent enough - a gem to have in Derry for sure

Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday for next year through TUI Derry for my father’s birthday, and Claire and Dani were absolutely amazing! They found us the perfect destination with a brilliant deal – two kids’ free places on an all-inclusive package – and made the whole process so easy. They even let my daughter press the button to book the holiday on the computer, then gave her and her big brother their very own booking tickets, which absolutely made their day. All the girls in the shop were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Such a lovely experience from start to finish – we’re already counting down the days! Fantastic experience: I was booking for myself and two sons, age 15 and 13. Dani from TUI Derry was just lovely, welcoming, chatty, professional, knowledgeable. She got me the best deal for my budget and took my sons ages into account when pivking resorts and hotels. Her colleagues chipped in their knowledge also and advised without being pushy. Positive experience: The Staff are welcoming, friendly and try to help as much as they can. Dani especially was essential to getting our holiday booked. When the extremely frustrating and very limited tui computer systems would not allow us to book the holiday we wanted, Dani persevered until she found someone at tui central, who was able to help her get the holiday we wanted booked. Throughout the process Dani was in contact by phone and email keeping us updated. Even when our holiday was booked, any time we had any issues, which were generally caused by computer system issues on the tui end, Dani responded to our emails or phone calls and sorted everything out. I would recommend Dani as someone who will help you get your ideal holiday booked.

Fantastic experience: First class service as always. I have booked my holidays through TUI Derry for over 20 years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. From the moment you step inside the store you are welcomed by the most courteous amazing staff. I went into store yesterday and was served by the wonderful Joanne (who also was still serving me after her shift was over for which i was so grateful for) and within 30 minutes holiday booked paperwork printed and a little extra touch when I was given a postcard type card to give to my husband as I was booking the trip as a wedding anniversary gift. The ambience of the shop just makes you feel so relaxed and the entire staff are like one big happy family and I am proud to play a part in being their customer.
