Negative experience: We have booked many holidays with them but our recent holiday to Disneyland has been an absolute torture as well can't book our meal plan our anything else it is absolutely awful and they have ruined our first trip to Disneyland

Fantastic experience: Have to say I'm an online holidayer but we went this year to Gallaghers travel for our trip to the Dominican Republic for our 50th birthdays. They spent hours trying to find us the right package and honestly were maybe £100 or so more expensive than my sister could find the same trip online without transfers. So therefore not expensive at all. They were very professional and helpful and dealt with the entire procedure from booking to cancellation to refund. Excellent service, I'll be giving them another go in future when this madness abates!
