Fantastic experience: Everything went well. I fail to see how improvements could be made.

Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday for next year at the TUI branch in Denton yesterday. The customer service I received from Charlotte was absolutely superb. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Charlotte was very thorough when explaining the details of my holiday to ensure that I was completely happy with my choice. I would totally recommend booking a holiday with Charlotte, because her exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with TUI. I booked a TUI Blue holiday for £3,200 believing it was a 4-star hotel, as advertised on their site and confirmed by a branch advisor. I’ve since discovered the hotel is officially rated only 2-star, something hidden in the small print. Even worse, the same hotel is shown on First Choice (a TUI brand) as a 2-star at a much lower price! TUI refuses to fix their misleading advertising or allow me to amend without huge penalties. This is unacceptable and I will be escalating to ABTA and Trading Standards. Be very careful when booking with TUI – what you see is NOT what you get!

She booked two separate holidays with me as our friends in Scotland were going with us but flying from Edinburgh but us from Manchester. Linked the holiday in so we are meeting up in Doha and catching same flight to Phuket. Thank you again Tui and Giusy, you deserve the 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience: We called into the store with a hotel in mind, explained that my husband struggles with the effects of long COVID so Sharon promptly brought the hotel up on screen, booked it for us, arranged Airport assistance, private taxi transfer, a room at the hotel to be central to all amenities, printed all the necessary documents and off we went extremely pleased with the service we received from Sharon and the price we paid for the holiday. On the plus side Airport assistance, taxi transfers, and the room were absolutely wonderful.. Thankyou Sharon for all your help it’s much appreciated…

Fantastic experience: DEBRA at Denton is a superstar along with the rest of this amazing team. No more online for me - call in or phone and nothing's too much trouble. Most recent experience today - as arranged a couple of weeks ago, Debra rang me as soon as the 2026 holidays had been released so that I could book exactly what I wanted (the rooms at the particular hotel are like golddust, so have to book well in advance). Job done and we're happy. Have to say that TUI often frustrate me as a company, particularly with late flights and too much bureaucracy, and we actually said last time that we'd never use them again - but the hotel and destination is one we love and that, combined with the top-class service we get from Debra and team at Denton, persuaded us to book again. If you're choosing TUI, highly recommend using the "old fashioned" method and going in-store - it's so very much better to have a named "real" person to contact if you have any queries after the booking (great after-service that's priceless).

Fantastic experience: Called in at Denton yesterday to explore our options as there was a problem with the holiday hotel we had booked previously. The staff at Denton were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Sara & Kelly sorted everything out and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the TUI travel office in Denton for holiday bookings.

Not only did they price match but they got me better flight times and extra leg room for about the same price. Fantastic experience: I would just like to say a mahooooosive Thank You to Charlotte ❤️. Went into this store on Monday 10th June. I have an Autistic son and he is very loving and likes to give hugs and his stimming is very noticeable but not once did she look at him in the strange ways the majority of the public do this meant so much from the get go. Be then asked her if he could give her a hug to which she said yes. This lady was so easy to speak to and in my eyes went above and beyond to accommodate us in all ways. I felt comfortable and content in everything she done for both us as customers and finding our perfect holiday. Fantastic experience: I stopped using travel agents years ago. This evening I went to the Denton Tui to look for a cruise. The service I received was outstanding and could not believe the information and knowledge I received it was fantastic. Rianne was more than helpful and nothing I asked her was too much trouble. I had lots of questions and doubts about the cruise, she left no questions unanswered. This was so refreshing to see a young girl so interested in her job and my holiday. I will most definitely be using her again she is a credit to Tui they should be proud to have her own their team. I will most definitely tell any or my family or friends to book with her. Considering I was there over an hour she had so put practices and I felt I received a personal service ( which does not happen much in 2023). Thank you so much and hope to speak to Rianne soon.
