Negative experience: It's been a week since I called in to see if they price match a holiday. I'm still waiting to hear back, went here because of the reviews, and they have been there for years.

Negative experience: Nearly missed our flight out to Mallorca because althams gave us wrong information. On top of that they lied to us about the Room being kept on for the last day. We weren't being picked up until 6 pm but hotel kicked us out of room at 11am. This is not the first time althams have lied about such things. I won't be using them again. Barfaced lies
