Negative experience: Booking through this agency was a completely pointless exercise. Information about the trip was not researched and the details were drip fed in a series of disjointed emails presumably to avoid divulging the name of the holiday company. In future I will book directly online.

Dear Mr Hitchmough, I am disappointed you didn't feel booking with us was worth it, because we always go the extra mile to make sure our clients have a great experience. We are transparent about which tour operators we use, and I can see the name is mentioned several times in the emails you received.I have reviewed all your communication with Kristin, and I feel she worked very hard to answer all your questions. Unfortunately some of the things you requested are just not services any travel agent can provide. I am sorry you didn't feel satisfied with our service, but hope you had a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service! I have been booking my business travel with S and N Pickford for over 10 years and in recent years have booked my holiday travel with them too.
