Negative experience: I've booked two holidays with this company and both times the service wasn't even satisfactory, to say the least. First of all, you'll always be asked to pay a bit more than what they initially advertised. [They back themselves up by saying our T&C has this outlined]. Once they've got you to pay ( I always make the full payment at one time), after that they don't want to know you! They don't care about your queries or about any additional information. I contacted the agent (Ace) who processed my booking several times via email as well as over the phone (had to leave a voice message because he doesn't answer calls) but never got any response at all. I also contacted their general customer service email but unsurprisingly, never got a response from them either. It's a nightmare calling then trying to get through. It takes about 20 minutes to get through and it's a premium number. My experience I went to Turkey and had made the booking through these lot and thy sneak tme only half the documents. I kept calling them and all they did was kept on sending what they'd already had sent previously. I was told that that's the final documents and that all I need. I got to Turkey and the driver asked to see the transfer voucher . I wasn't given that though. All I had was booking confirmation number and that's all. Yet, I was told all documents are in full and that's all I'll need. I somehow managed to show the transfer driver my booking details and ref number and they allowed to use their service to the hotel. However, the return journey needed a confirmation by phone for them to take you back to the airport. Obviously I had no voucher and therefore I had no contact information I. E phone number or email ID etc. I was stuck. The hotel had no information. I went online too, to see if I could find details but it was a UK number for the transfer company directly. If I called them, my phone bill would've gone over the roof and emails would be responded to within 28 days. Luckily I found some people who had booked through another agent but we're using the same transfer company, I managed o get the number from them and confirmed the return journey. Overall, it was anot appalling, incomplete and unsatisfactory service from holiday gems. I'm not going to be using them again. And I would advise anybody who wants to have a good holiday to avoid booking through this company. To add to all that, they used to have good prices but now the prices have increased and the service is below 1*.
