Because of the way she looks after us ,we have become regular customers here.Very professional in the way she takes you through all of the details. Suzie was BRILLIANT, she was kind, caring and understanding spending over an hour making sure that we had everything we were looking for. Most notably from Rosie, she listened to my every need (and there was many) but she didn’t waver in helping me find the perfect destination to holiday for me and my 4 children! I really cannot express how grateful I am to TUI and to Rosie for finding me the best holiday to create memories for me and my children! Fantastic experience: Jorgia was the agent that served us today on our visit to TUI Milton Keynes branch. Fantastic service, friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and patient. Jorgia went above and beyond to support us with booking our desired holiday. We went in unsure of destination but Jorgia gave us an array of suggestions with great knowledge and advice on all. Jorgia also gave us first hand experience & reassurance on our chosen destination/hotel as she had recently been herself. Initially I was slightly anxious about booking a holiday when so unsure of which destination but Jorgia was so warm, understanding & helpful it made the experience so much easier & pleasant. Fantastic experience: After booking a holiday online we were all set to go. However some unforeseen circumstances happened and when speaking to customer services I was getting mixed messages. At my wits end I called the TUI MK branch and spoke to Suzie who was AMAZING. She calmed me down and explained how to proceed. I came away from that phone call feeling like someone actually not only listened but also really cared! I went into the store recently to leave some chocolates as a thank you but unfortunately suzie was away. However I spoke with Alice who was also beyond helpful and kind! She gave me information on purchasing currency and was so polite and friendly! Will 100% book through this branch in the future!! Thank you suzie and Alice

The advisor I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. James was knowledgeable and professional in manner, truly an asset to your brand. I will definitely be back to book in the near future!

Fantastic experience: Came in to book a holiday as we were struggling to find one suitable. Alice made it so simple, found us a dreamy place and sorted everything for us including excursions and transfers. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be back here to book the next holiday.

Negative experience: We agreed and booked a holiday with them but the confirmation email came through £500 more! I called the store to resolve the issue and they said they could only offer to bring it down £300 forcing us to pay £200 above the agreed price. The staff said they would escalate it to see if they could get us lounge access or anything extra as a good will gesture and apparently couldn't. It's such a shame because we had a wonderful honeymoon booked through them last year and this has really tainted our relationship with the store and the brand. We sadly wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore.

Fantastic experience: I came into the Milton Keynes city centre Tui on Monday morning with my son. I needed to change parts of my holiday and spoke to a lady called Sam. I explained to Sam that I wanted to change my sharing room to two separate rooms at the hotel in Spain. Sam assured me this could be done and quickly got to work sorting this out for me. Sam was met with many challenges and it took a while to get through to the hotel. Sam was extremely patient she took two hours with and made all the changes I needed on my holiday. She gave amazing service and I felt confident she could sort all my plans which she did. I want to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to Sam for your incredible service. Fantastic experience: We can’t thank Sam enough for all her help and advice in booking our dream honeymoon to the Maldives! We had been going back and forth on where we wanted to go and decided to head into store for some advice. Sam was so helpful from start to finish, listened to everything and took on board all our wishes. Made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Plus, price matched the online price! Highly recommend the store and Sam to anyone wanting to book their holiday! We also booked our minimoon back in Sept 2022 straight after our wedding for a break after the wedding planning stress.
