Negative experience: My wife and I booked our honeymoon through Kuoni MK. It was overpriced and incredibly underwhelming. Most frustratingly, the holiday was knowingly missold and the customer services team have taken over six months (and counting) to transfer over the agreed compensation.

Fantastic experience: Once again Ricky and of course the whole team at Kuoni MK have been amazing.. their patients walking through all the various destination options on our list deserves a medal, no question was left in un-answered and no stone unturned which meant we left the store not only completely satisfied and assured of our selection, we were inspired for the prospect future escapes beyond 2023. We cannot thank you enough !!

Fantastic experience: From walking into the store my experience with Kuoni has been fantastic. All agents are welcoming & friendly. Vicky looked after me from choosing my hotel to flight information ect. I was able to book my whole holiday the same day completely stress free. Vicky was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had, she listened and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My Holiday was amazing, lovely hotel which was recommended by the team. I love that we got a travel guide with restaurant suggestions and things not to miss. Transport booked for us was extremely smooth and helpful (our flight was cancelled due to bad weather) which meant staying an extra day. The Kirker company couldn’t of been more accommodating/helpful about the situation. Will definitely be using this travel agent again :).

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from an amazing holiday from Mauritius, which was arranged through the Milton Keynes branch of Kuoni. From start to finish the whole journey was seamless. Thank you to Claire and Lyndsey who helped to helped to find, book and provide info. From the destination, hotel, transfer and flights and overall service we got more than we were expecting. I will be back soon to book the next trip.

We would never book with anyone else, our holidays have been fantastic and can never find fault with anything Ricky has always been our main contact and his customer service and expertise is second to none! Can’t recommend both him and Kuoni enough

Even through the tough times they all endured during the COVID restrictions on travel they remained a positive and helpful team! They take time to understand their clients to ensure the holiday they provide meets every need, want and wish ! You will not find a more helpful, professional and cheerful team anywhere ! Fantastic experience: I have been travelling with Kuoni for the last 10 times to the Maldives and I would not travel with any other holiday company I feel safe with them knowing there are there at the end of the phone if there's any problems reps are always available to talk to even though they may not be on the island I'm staying on they still will phone and let me know there if I have any problems

Fantastic experience: These guys really know their stuff. We had a meeting with Vicky for our honeymoon and she went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the particular trip we were planning and had also been on it. This sort of first hand knowledge is what you need when booking a holiday. The prices may seem higher here than other travel companies but I can assure you the quality is better. We are yet to go on our trip, but I will update on the flipside.

Negative experience: We walked in and walked straight out again. Three members of staff sat around a desk chatting. When we looked on the window they just stared and made comments under their breaths and when we walked in we were looked up and down as if we were the help! Never setting in foot in here again. Really poor!

Negative experience: Wanted to book a honeymoon but the lady was so not bothered that we left after not long talking to her. Didn't even try to help, or even offer a catalogue when we left. I know I'm young, but it was like she didn't believe that I could afford it. Lost a huge sale there as was willing to spend whatever for what I wanted.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic. Kuoni are known for being the creme de la creme of Travel agents and this is so true of Kuoni Milton Keynes. The coffees, champagne, lovely decor and amazing array of holiday brochures prove that. But what truly makes this place are the team. Ricky and his staff are wonderful. Noting is too much trouble for them. My Fiancé and I have spent ages looking for the perfect honeymoon for us and Ricky, Rebecca and Sophie helped us find it. This is our second trip we have booked with Kuoni and we received the same five star service we got 3 years ago. You are treated like royalty from the moment you walk through to door in the store to the moment you step off that plane. I truly can't recommend them enough. This is my go to place for booking any holiday. I love Kuoni's attention to detail particularly for LGBT customers. Not all agents take this much care in looking after ALL their customers needs and requirements. Look no further for booking your trip pop in and see these wonderful people.

Negative experience: First of all i was recommended Kuoni by some friends for a honeymoon. I contacted them giving them all my details over the phone for around 10-15 minutes and was told they would email me some possible honeymoon holidays over the next few days. A week had passed and i had heard nothing so contacted them again. I was told by the person i was speaking with that there was no records of my previous phone call and that no one had written down any of the details i had called about. I then had to give them all the details again. I was also told where we wanted to go initially would cost about £8000 for a week even though i had found all inclusive 10 day breaks there for £1500 with another very popular travel company. I did get some options via email over the next few days. One was in a location i didn't really want to go to and had said on the phone i wasn't keen on going there. One was over budget. The last option was dates i said we couldn't go away. I didn't respond to these as by this point i had realised they weren't going to be any use. I had an email asking me to review my experience from Kuoni. I did this and left a poor review for the obvious reasons. I was then called on the phone by them asking why i had complained. The woman who called was rude and it was an extremely uncomfortable phone call. She seemed more bothered that she was receiving the blame for the poor review i had left. She kept saying "It's a shame all this has come back on to me". By this point i was fuming. If someone complains you phone to apologise and see if there is anything you can do to rectify the situation. You certainly don't call me making me feel like i shouldn't have complained for the poor service you provided me with. If there was a zero star option that's what i would be giving you. In the end we booked with a much better holiday company whose experience far out weighs this one.
