Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Wanted to enquire about Dubai and maybe USA. Visited the shop 3 days ago approx 15:30 and the lady at the front desk on the left side was not very helpful at all. Basically did not take me seriously and insisted I go online. Her attitude and mannerism was awful. I did not get the name. Ruined my customer service experience. Went to trailfinders and they were very accommodating and made me feel welcome. They were happy to assist me on more information about both Dubai and USA. Train your staff in customer service, actually acknowledge your customers and treat your customers better.

Negative experience: Sat waiting , yes there are two members of staff and they are serving customers. But someone should be at the desk at the front and there wasn’t so the two serving should at least come up to us ask if we have booked an appointment etc literally nothing they didn’t even look our way. Will give them another 10mins and see if nothing I’ll go somewhere else.

Negative experience: We went into this store to enquire about booking a Las Vegas holiday. There were 2 staff members free and not serving any customers. We waited very near their desks for a good couple of minutes and was ignored completely. The staff were fully aware that we were waiting. So we walked out and took our business to Trailfinders instead - they were great !

Negative experience: I have been here twice to look at holiday options, 1st occasion, I was emailed my qoute as I needed to check with work for holidays etc. 2nd time, I havent been emailed anything; don't know the why I bothered to ask for an email if I haven't had anything back

Negative experience: Don't understand the point of this store. Went in to pick up some brochures, to be told we don't do brochures anymore. Booked a holiday only went into the store to make an amendment, to be told we can't amend online booking in the store. So what's the point of this place.

Negative experience: Don’t see the point in them having a store. The staff are rude and basically told me they can’t offer anything that isn’t online so basically book online. Very little knowledge of the virgin voyages and very unpleasant experience. I would of booked there and then if they weren’t so rude and unwelcoming….

Fantastic experience: We attended the store today after wanting to book a trip of a lifetime to Florida. Jo was very knowledgable and couldn’t help more, gave us several holiday options and was very patient with us. She answered all of our questions and we left feeling very excited for our holiday.
