He went out of the way to change our flight to an even better one. I was let down by some other agent, when he came to my family holiday rescue. He has treated us like a family. To be honest, I think he has become more of a family member rather than a travel agent. He cared so much that I was travelling with family and he made sure that I got the shortest layover. He even changed my other flight,to an Emirates flight. Even though it was more dearer, but he discounted me all the difference. Love you brother. And a huge thanks from my family and kids.
