TUI Holiday Store

Fantastic experience: Everytime I have gone in store at TUI Manchester all staff have been really helpful and friendly. When I visited on 11 April 2025 to book my son and I a holiday. My holiday was booked by the wonderful Kai who listened to everything I wanted for my holiday and fitted it within my budget too. He provided the best customer service and is a credit to TUI!

Fantastic experience: Liam and India have been very professional in assisting my booking my tour today with my family. I have enjoyed so much today. Both of them were very nice, helpful and treated us with respect. I would recommend them to everyone who need their advice for tours. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: If you want to book a holiday, speak to Liam. Due to the Microsoft/Crowdstrike issue, we spent 10 hours at the airport and our holiday to Egypt was cancelled. I phoned TUI to see if there were any other holidays available and was lucky enough to speak to Liam. He took the time to go through all the options with us and found us a lovely holiday in Cape Verde in a few days (which we are more excited about than the original holiday). Liam was friendly, patient and knowledgeable and I would totally recommend speaking to him if you are thinking of booking a holiday. Thank you Liam, you're a star!

Negative experience: I'm not happy at all with the fight on the way back from zakynthos, there was 4 of us on the flight 2 kids, and they put us in the middle of the plane. On a 4 hour flight, and by the time the food trolley got to us, there was no food left. I had 2 kids who were hungry and had to wait till we landed for food. The plane should be loaded at every stop because the flight attendant said they were busy on their flight before? So we were left without food the full journey, which was not acceptable as I had 2 children. I will not be using TUI again as my children will need feeding on the flights, so I recommend you don't fly TUI if you want food because they might of sold all the food on the flight before . The flight attendants were rude and didn't care about anything. They even banged the trolly on my knee (which I have bad legs and it hurt) and didn't even apologise, so that's why I give them 1 star doubt it will go to 5 star as I will not be flying with them again unless I get a free flight

Negative experience: Absolutely outrageous costumer service. We booked Tui Blue Adriatic with tui and it stated that sunbeds and umbrellas were included in price. Now they say you have to pay additional cost for this which is nearly 250€ per week. We were not even informed about it, it just happened that we read the recent reviews on TripAdvisor. Tui helpline is doing absolutely nothing to compensate the cost and is acting careless. This is ridiculous attitude, won't recommend anyone this hotel and booking with tui!

Fantastic experience: Julie was absolutely amazing! Today we visited the store to get some information about our dream holiday destination, Zanzibar. We knew it wasn’t going to be a cheap holiday but as it’s our honeymoon we didn’t mind. Julie did her absolute best to find us the best deal on our dream trip and even helped us to look at excursions while we’re there which we are going to book at a later date. Fantastic experience: I spoke with someone called Liam numerous times and he was fantastic. He clearly had a lot of knowledge and gave me great advice in regards to changing my flight destination, so much so, that I have been requesting him every time I called. He was really kind and reassuring, I can't stress enough how helpful he has been. I really appreciate it and hope he is recognised for his exceptional customer service! Some of the other staff did fob me off a few times with promises of call backs etc. they could do with some more training.

Fantastic experience: I rang up this morning and spoke with Liam, from the first moment he was friendly and helpful, I needed a flight to Skiathos, he found me an amazing deal, he went through all the different choices of dates. I actually got a cheaper flight for 11 nights than it was for 7 or 8. A big well done to Liam, he deserves to go home an hour early today lol

Fantastic experience: I attended the store today as a last resort after speaking to the telephone TUI support team 5 times and failing to find a resolution. Liam from the Market Street store quickly identified the issue I had, and, despite clearly never having encountered it before, he went above and beyond to find a resolution. He made sure I had proof of the changes that he had made before leaving and my mind was fully at ease. First class customer service and all done in an extremely friendly manner. I would massively recommend Liam.

Julie was honestly so amazing, she came across as kind, funny and professional. Fantastic experience: I spoke with Andrew several times trying to get a trip to Benidorm sorted and each time he was there to help, very patient every little thing that I needed to discuss he was able to check for me. Will be back to see him for my Gran Can booking!!

Positive experience: Good operator but needs to try to keep the prices low.

Negative experience: Tom Stewart. Booked online through website not store. (Wishing now it was store booked) Went to Lady Hamilton jamaica. Booked with TUI. Never again. Absolutely no after care. None of our complaints have been addressed. I actually tripped over a missing floor tile and injured myself. TUI have blatantly disregarded us. I wasted £12000 on this holiday. Hotel food was so bad we tried to come home a week early. The pool was dirty and had scum floating on top of the water. I have informed TUI I have photos. TUI have in their ignorance closed my complaints without addressing. Do not use TUI once they have your money you're no use to them. Shameful.

We have never cruised before and were unsure if it was for us. Nichola was fantasic, very helpful and personal. Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday today for my daughter with additional needs, Andrew was amazing and made everything so smooth.

Negative experience: Our experience at the TUI store was deeply disappointing. Despite clearly expressing our priority for afternoon flights (due to being unable to return home on later ones) with Julie, the final booking had incorrect flight times and baggage allowance. We all unfortunately missed the error at the time of confirmation and had to pay extra for the flights once we had noticed. We only booked the holiday less than a week before going but the lack of accountability from TUI staff was disheartening. As customers, we expected better service and more understanding. Be cautious and double-check everything before confirming your booking. They were unable to help us in the end (although Nicola tried for us) and have wasted money on a trip as they wont do refunds. We will not book through the store ever again and has put me off TUI completely. Edit: even after calling them (they sound nice in the reply) they are just dismissive and won't accept any fault. Will escalate to the regional manager.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to look at booking something as had been struggling to decide on a holiday scrolling through all the options on a phone. Julie was amazing, listened to all preferences and requirements and made some great suggestions and offered brilliant advice, a lot of it base on personal experience which was greatly appreciated. Julie was patient and really understood what we were looking for and genuinely wanted to help find the perfect holiday that met all requirements and preferences. Really happy with the holiday chosen and even offered some advice on cruises when mentioned that might be a second holiday option for next year. This is the second holiday booked here in person and will definitely be back for the next one over endlessly scrolling on a phone. Will definitely be back to talk to Julie about cruises at some point, thanks again!
