Virgin Atlantic Holidays at Next, Manchester

Fantastic experience: Booked our honeymoon to Vegas with Adam from the Manchester Arndale store. Overall really friendly and helpful experience. Not overly pushy to make a sale, just provided information and options within budget, made himself available via email to discuss further and advised when he would next be in if we wanted to come back and look at options again. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: All the staff (especially Katieann) are so helpful, friendly and so approachable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I recommend to all my friends to go to Manchester Virgin. I only know the staff through going to Manchester Virgin but they come across as your friends. Just what you want when you are shopping around for a holiday. X

Fantastic experience: We knew the holiday we wanted, but it was a bit complicated to book, so we went into Virgin Holidays Next Manchester. Gaynor greeted us, took us through the options and booked it in the system, even down to the seat preferences. Thoroughly professional and nice to deal with. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We love coming into this particular Virgin Atlantic Holidays store, as we live in Manchester City Centre so it’s really conveniently-located. The staff there are always very welcoming and friendly. We’d particularly like to give a shoutout to Katieann, who we have booked our last 3 big trips with over the last few years. She is always really friendly, personable and can never do enough for you. She is extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge, which is invaluable when researching and choosing destinations and customising our trips. Whenever we drop her an email with questions she replies promptly and is super helpful. We look forward to booking our future trips in this store!

She will go above and beyond to create the perfect holiday. Katieann will always promptly reply back to an email, no question is too big or small. I wouldn’t book with anyone else!!!

My friend Carly recommended her to me after she was so good and helpful to them when they were booking a split stay in USA. Anyway I can honestly say she is the most welcoming, friendly and helpful person and is amazing at her job. She makes the whole booking process a personal experience in a way that's never pushy and really takes on board your requirements. Fantastic experience: Virgin Holidays at Next, Manchester are simply amazing, and couldn’t recommend them more to book a holiday with! Compared to other airlines and travel agents, the service and care given to you by the staff is unparalleled. I’ve not long got back from a USA, fly-drive holiday booked through Katieann and from first sharing the idea with her, to booking, to going on the trip everything was taken care off. I was given multiple routes and recommendations to fit my budget and itineraries to make the most of my time there, which suited mine and my friend’s interests. Katieann is simply brilliant at her job, and I felt I couldn’t have been in safer hands when booking that kind of trip! I’ve revisited yesterday to book another holiday with them and will continue to do so!

Negative experience: Do dot confuse Virgin Atlantic holidays with Virgin Atlantic. If you want to use VA points this shop cannot do it so save yourself time

Negative experience: Would not recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy! Their after sales is shocking, once they have your money they couldn't care about you or your holiday! If you have an issue whilst away, good luck in trying to solve it yourselves as you won't get any help or be able to speak to anyone from virgin at all. I'm still awaiting a call back, hopefully Lynette may call me after reading this and my emails that I have sent (I very much doubt it) just be warned a drink before you buy isn't everything, aftersales in my eyes is!

Fantastic experience: We don’t book anywhere else! We’ve booked our honeymoon last year with Lynette at the virgin holidays shop ( we flew from Manchester to New York and then back from Orlando to Manchester) and had the best time. Super friendly staff with the best attitude and first hand experiences! We have booked to go to California next year but had to change this due to personal reasons, no problem for the team, Lynette has been absolutely brilliant and we’re now looking to move this back until 2025. If you’re not sure exactly what you want, go in have a talk with the team there and they can inspire you with their own trips without pushing what to do when. Couldn’t recommend a better place to book my holiday! Roll on 2025! ❤️✈️

Fantastic experience: Sat down and had a complimentary coffee made, much appreciated! Helped us make decisions on hotels and options to keep our budget reasonable. Ended up staying way past closing time to complete the booking and take payment which we were grateful for. Now the countdown to Mickey Mouse begins

Negative experience: Company need to improve. Holiday in Jamaica showing 1 stop. Forget to tell you that you fly to London and then you have to for 90 min in Nassau were you have to actually sit on the and to let people off and to take off again.....unacceptable. I informed them and they are still selling as 1 stop now.......how do they get away with it.....BRANSON,BRANSON, BRANSON.
