Negative experience: The worst travel agent I have ever seen. They take deposits and no tickets until the ticket becomes expensive. Stay away please from these scums.

Negative experience: 100% wouldn’t recommend this agency. Had the worst experience of customer service from one of their agents Jerry back in March/April, with him swearing down the phone repeatedly and not upholding his promises. We still got flights but ended up having to settle for what was there last minute. I normally don’t place negative reviews to give people a chance but this was far too bad of an experience to not warn people.

Negative experience: Stay away, scam alert. Fraudulent agency, starting by Jerry and his so called supervisor Simon. Scammed me and my family. Booked a flight and I was sent a confirmation email. After a month decided to contact them to pay off my ticket. Jerry wasn’t picking up my calls anymore. Called the airline who informed me that my tickets was cancelled. They have no tickets for me. Called back the agency and they become really rude and told me 2 weeks ago I will be getting my refunds in 3 working days. After 2 weeks called them again today the so called supervisor, the rudest person on earth shutting on the phone and told me I should take him anywhere I want he will not be doing a refund to me.

They threatened me to take down my comment in return to change my flight date after we been having issues for them to book my flight. After I removed the comment I cannot get no one to talk to.

Negative experience: They are unreliable,scammers,thieves and very rude customer services. Especially that Jerry. I don't know how else to describe this people,they still have my money and I will definitely get it back,sooner or later. Robbing people off their toil and sweat and you guys dont even deserve a star.

Negative experience: Their customers services is extremely bad & also miscommunication between the team is very common. Some of their staff will say 'A' to customers & convince them to book tickets from them & as soon as you do part payment to them, another staff will say something different to u & they will not let u talk to that particular staff anymore !!! They will give excuses that the person is on break, or not working , is not around etc all lies!!! Which has been proven many times. After paying them partly they end up holding on to your money and do not provide the service that was told & they start being rude to you. They do not act towards what is being said !!! Right now they are holding onto my mum’s money which is about £400!!!!! I would have to end up reporting it to police or get lawyer involve!! I will never recommend this company !

Fantastic experience: customer service is the most important aspect of a business and skyfort group is best at it. it was last year january when i first did business with them. Their manager is so co-operative that i haven't used any other service to buy tickets. these guys are very good at their job and excellent in customer assistance. if i had the power i owuld have passed a law in UK to buy tickets only from skyofrt travels. 5 stars is the only option i have but i want to give them 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: I had to go to Edmonton from Seattle for some business and was looking for an agency to reserve a flight. Then my friend suggested me Skyfort travels and genuinely my whole experience was great from check-in to de-boarding. Skyfort travels provided me a wonderful service on very low rates. The crew was very welcoming and the cabin was very good. The in-flight entertainment and food was excellent. The seats were very comfortable with a lot of leg space. The plane flew and landed very smoothly. I will use this service again and will also recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: Last summer I traveled to England in skyfort air ways. The journey was very comfortable they gave us food and water . I enjoyed there food because it was delicious and in good condition.There were no problem during the flight .I slept peacefully, the atmosphere was dust proof and with good perfume .The flight safely landed to England. Our stuff were given to us with proper manner.

Fantastic experience: I once bought a ticket from Manchester (UK) to Luanda (Angola). The service was great because the person who was helping me out (Ben) was really patient in giving me all the information I needed before buying the ticket and most importantly the price was extremely cheap compared to the season I was buying.
