Fantastic experience: My Wife and I visited Kuoni Manchester to book our Honeymoon to Thailand, we dealt with Bekki both over the phone and via email. Bekki looked after us fantastically, she used her own knowledge and that of others in the group who had visited the areas we wanted to travel to, Kuoni arranged 5 separate locations for us with connecting transfers (car and boat). all the hotels we stayed at were stunning and we could not fault any of them, the transfers were all safe, clean and on time, we didn't have to worry or think the entire time. Bekki worked hard to generate multiple options for us, she kept us informed and was always there to answer any questions we had, the whole experience was fantastic. thank you, you really made our holiday!

Fantastic experience: This luxury holiday company is a must-visit if you're planning a special holiday. I came across the Kuoni store by chance a few years ago after a disappointing visit to one of the other high street travel agents. Kuoni had their "sale" booklet ready to pick up from just outside the store and even though I thought they'd probably be too expensive, I got a copy anyway and was surprised to find some really good deals. We took our chances, booked a deal with them and after an amazing holiday to Mauritius have been hooked ever since! They are more expensive than most travel agents, but you really do get a luxury experience, including things like lounge access at certain airports. I tend to browse their website to get an idea of the holiday I'm looking for and then go in store to iron out the little details and make the booking. You can walk in, but you may not always be seen straight away so if you're booking a big holiday like a honeymoon then it's worth making an appointment in advance.

Negative experience: Remarkably disappointing experience. First issue was booking a consultation - we booked a slot online, but upon arrival was rudely informed that’s not how they operate during busy times. Despite that, we were still offered a “quick consultation” as though they were going right out of their way for us, in what was, an empty store. The bad attitude of the travel agent who dealt with us was out of line. I can only describe it as judgmental and condescending; almost as though she didn’t believe we should be in her shop. I was extremely surprised to receive an itinerary, however attempted to make some amendments via email and was ignored. Fortunately found an alternative travel company who didn’t treat us like we couldn’t afford to be in the building and had a much better experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Just booked our honeymoon here. The service was amazing and they spent so much time with us sorting out our own itinerary for Thailand. Special thanks to Megan and Kerry. Would definitely book future holidays here too

Fantastic experience: THE easiest and most pleasurable experience. Bekki was fantastic and took us straight to a hotel on their website after asking just a few questions, that checked every box! Alex (the manager) has also been there and confirmed what we needed with some inside info - adding extra confidence and satisfaction. They were understanding, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. Coujd not recommend these guys highly enough. Man U beat City whilst we were booking so all in all a smashing afternoon. An offer of booze and a hug at the end: quality travel booking!

A warm welcome with friendly expert advice; and best of all if something is not known they will find out for you, and the answer will be correct. The staff are keen to know you as an individual in order to tailor if possible to what you want. Alex is very good at this and is always helpful and cheerful, with an excellent knowledge of places and what adventures can await you. It is worth spending the time with the staff, your holiday experience benefits from their knowledge and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Visited Miami last month after getting a recommendation from Alex at the store. She gave us some great recommendations and we loved walking around little Havana at night time had some of the best food there. We also did an Everglades tour and had a couple lazy days on South Beach .
