Negative experience: Terrible experience. Assistant manager recommended a holiday that we said we didn't really like. She assured us it was wonderful as she had just been there. Told the food was great and there was loads to do. There was nothing to do, bus to beach, no entertainment, the hotel was dirty and the food was so bad, even though we were all inclusive, we had to catch a bus to the supermarket to fetch our own food. No local restaurants to eat at. There was no rep to complain to as they did not go to this hotel. When we complained to the travel agents they denied the assistant manager had said this as she now states she has never been there! Lied to all the way through, treated like we were lying when we complained. Would never use again and would certainly not recommend.
