Fantastic experience: Spoke to Lauren in the store. Couldn't have been more helpful. I was looking for a cross-generational holiday so I needed a flat resort with easy access to beach and restaurants. She gave me a range of options, and had great knowledge of the plusses and minuses of each resort. I am looking forward to two great weeks.

Fantastic experience: We have booked 2 holidays in the Basingstoke store this year , both with the amazing Imogen ! The first being a large family holiday in a TUI Blue resort , Imogen made sure that the hotel had everything we needed for the various ages of family members that were going , that it ticked all the boxes of the things we asked for ! Organising and helping us book all 14 seats on the plane so we were all sat together . The holiday did not disappoint and we all had a wonderful time Second was a quick 4 night get away , all booked with Imogen again She is so incredibly professional , takes time to listen to our requests and always finds us the perfect location. With a bright personality and great humour , she is an asset to the Basingstoke store

Fantastic experience: We had such a fantastic experience, as we always do with TUI Basingstoke, working with Milupa as our travel agent! From the start, she was so friendly making us feel completely at ease while planning our trip. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted from a holiday being a group of 4 with all wanting something slightly different. What I loved most was how much effort she put into showing us a wide range of destinations. We even explored cruise options for us, which we never even thought about, but in the end, she found somewhere that suited us perfectly – a place which had everything we asked for which we wouldn't have probably found this exact holiday on our own! Milupa's knowledge and attention to detail were amazing. She was patient and genuinely seemed to care that we had the best trip possible. Thanks to her, we ended up with a holiday that ticked all the boxes, without the stress of researching and booking everything ourselves. I can’t recommend Milupa enough and the rest of the team. We always book in store and wouldn't do it any other way. Aswell, it is always nice to see a familiar face in Gem who always provides help if needed and is always happy to know what are next holidays plans are!

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience with TUI Basingstoke when booking our Disney trip this year. Tasha was very knowledgeable, approachable and professional & made several helpful suggestions to make sure our travel and stay were seamless. A few hours before we were due to leave Disney, Eurostar cancelled our train. The team at TUI Basingstoke contacted us immediately to inform us and within an hour had arranged an additional nighta accommodation in the same hotel and booked our travel home for the following day! Fantastic experience: We had problems trying to link a Tui holiday to our Ryanair account. After contacting Ryanair without success and various Tui departments, eventually Tui Basingstoke branch was able to help us. They went to a lot a trouble and were able to solve the problem. Many thanks to Zoe and the girls who helped us. It was a change to be able to actually speak to human beings who went out of their way to help rather than passing us on to another department yet again. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a holiday to Porto Santo with Imogen at the Basingstoke store, with only 14 days before we wanted to leave. Imogen was able to find us lots of different options (even at such short notice) within our budget and was extremely informative about lots of destinations. Imogen found us a wonderful holiday that really suited our needs as a family of 4 and we were so impressed with the booking process from start to finish and never felt rushed or pressured at all. Fantastic experience: So we look online for holidays and even use the TUI app but when it comes to booking we head to this branch. They sorted out our honeymoon to Florida a weekend away to Austia and welcomed break to Thailand. They are all so patient as we are not decisive and they take the time to find the best flights for our needs. If they don't know an answer they don't make it up, they ask the other agents which i think shows a great team and open to learning which puts me at lease. (The world is a big place and you can't have all the answers). Would highly recommend to anyone booking a holiday to go with this wonderful team

Fantastic experience: I just want to shout out to this amazing store, who worked tirelessly to ensure they were able to help myself and my daughter, get home safely from Dalaman after our flight was delayed/cancelled on Friday 19th July - due to the global outage. Yes we were stuck in Dalaman and didn’t get home until 21st July after no sleep and adrenaline racing through our bodies still, I feel they went above and beyond and displayed an exceptional level of service, support and empathy. During a time in which no one knew what was going on, or what was going to happen. Being stuck in a country that isn’t yours with your child is scary and because of the huge impact it had across the globe, it was exceptionally difficult and a worry for everyone involved. TUI are not to blame for this in anyway, and whilst staff on the ground in Turkey let us down massively, Basingstoke were in fact the complete opposite! Thank you especially to Gemma and Julie, you both deserve a holiday after the way you handled it all, and made us feel reassured in a time frame where everything was filled with uncertainty and stopped! There aren’t enough stars to rate this fully, and my gratitude and thanks will never be enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had a wedding booked abroad during the pandemic, however this had to be rescheduled 3 times and Julie was amazing and super helpful each time. Family & guests of our wedding also needed some support to move their holidays and flights too, however she was always reassuring and managed to still get everyone out to Cyprus on the same flight & in the same hotels as previously booked! Her 1st holiday abroad, I was so nervous, Gemma put me at ease , gave me all the information, booked euro star , woodys ranch , had a welcome birthday message from Mickey Mouse when we checked in.
