Fantastic experience: Organise mine and my husband honeymoon and it was simply perfect. sent a list of things we wanted to do in Bali and lombok and Alison was able to organise the best trip! Tour guides, transfers, hotels.... we had a problem with transfers and they sorted it in ten minuets. Defiantly recommend!

Negative experience: Bless the lady working when I went there looked like she needed a holiday. Iv never seen so many brouchers too! She was lovely but couldn't help that day.
