Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Bouden for their professionalism and excellent communication. The staff at Bouden were very quick to respond to my queries and ensured all details were provided before travel. Both the customer care team and the finance team were approachable and efficient. Feedback from the passengers highlighted that Dan (Mr. Daniel Gorzawski) was very friendly and helpful. He made sure the team arrived at their destination as planned and even offered a nice break along the way. The team was very pleased and provided only positive feedback about Dan.

Negative experience: Warning to anybody considering buying a vehicle from this company. I purchased a car which was advertised as faultless. When I went to view the car it was lit up like a christmas tree with faults -DPF,EGR,Battery. they managed to convince me that the faults would go away if I gave the car a good drive and assured me that they would pay me any costs to get it fixed . Over the next couple of weeks I spent over £500 on repairs and they kept saying they would transfer the money. Now they said no payment. take this into account if you consider buying a vehicle from these people. Update in response to this company. AutoTrader have confirmed you had a Trade advert for the car. this matter will be pursued to the highest level untill you refund.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this is the first time over the last 5 years we have been let down, the drivers refused to come to the pick up location expecting us to walk the public (170 people) plus food drinks etc to the coaches for their convienence rather then the actual booking destination and pick up and drop off itself, lead driver were quite rude, it was only until we rang the office did they come round but parked on wrong side of road making us load passengers and food etc on the road rather then kerb side etc the reply states pick up points not suitable for weight limits but similar sized coaches and weights such as ausden clark etc have all managed to do so over the last week, including 3 coach pick ups from outside the gurudwara

I will not give details as they are quite disrespectful and nasty to their customers who overpay for their low quality services provided by their rude bus drivers. Do NOT use this company. Negative experience: The driving of your drivers is dangerous. Registration plate x6 bct I believe, was being driven down the a38 between Lichfield and Bassett pole on Monday 10th June 2024 between 9.15 & 9.45am. There is a 60mph speed limit with average speed cameras, well your coach undertook me when I was doing 60mph myself, he was then weaving in and out of lanes and putting pressure onto other drivers. As a father all I could think is well with that sort of driving I hope my daughter never has to use your company, I'd be worried about her safety. This is a very serious concern and your driver needs speaking with ASAP. Several laws broken whilst driving a coach is not good practice surely.

Fantastic experience: Booked a coach for our charity shop to make a visit to one of our hospices. The coach was prompt on arrival and prompt in collecting us after the visit. Driver was courteous, helpful and professional. The coach was clean and of a high standard itself. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be using the service again in the future

The company split the driving to ensure the drivers remained within their working limits. Both drivers, Aniz and Tariq, were friendly, flexible to make stops when needed and made sure we got to the event on time and the journey was comfortable

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Bouden Coach Travel! I work for an arts not-for-profit organisation called Live & Local based in Warwick and Bouden provided the transport for our recent promotional roadshow. The roadshow was quite logistically complex, as it took place across 7 non-consecutive dates, with each date covering a different region, and between 2-4 stops within that region in a single day! All other minibus hire companies I'd spoken to were unable or unwilling to accommodate such a complicated booking, but Bouden were superb and tailored their services to our needs exactly. In particular, Sales Administrator Emily was so incredibly patient with all my phone calls! I am so grateful for her help and guidance as we were the main points of liaison between our two organisations during the planning of this complicated event! Bouden also provided us with a discounted rate due to our bulk booking, which was very much appreciated. We had a 16-seater Executive Minibus (a different vehicle and driver each day) which was more than spacious enough for our needs. On a couple of the dates, we were given Luxury Vehicles with fitted tables instead, which was a nice bonus! Speaking to the company's willingness to accommodate our needs, Bouden also allowed us to affix magnetic signage to the outside of the minibus each day to help promote Live & Local whilst we were on the road. Moreover, we were incredibly grateful that they allowed us to leave our equipment on the minibus overnight between the final 2 dates of our tour. All our drivers were extremely personable, professional, and easygoing - Leon, Nidhal, Amar (and any others whose names I've forgotten!), you were an absolute pleasure. Thank you to everyone at Bouden who went the extra mile to help us with our booking, we will certainly be using you again if we attempt a similar event in the future!

Positive experience: I asked for a "distamce" quote. Received, agreed and paid in full over 4 weeks before I was to go. Unfortunately, I became ill, and with 2 weeks to go I had to cancel. Its now 1 week to go and although they now want 20% of the price I have not received 1 penny back and I've emailed twice. The stars are for booking customer service when arranging. Couldn't give oressure stars as for returning money that was sent immediately, whe do you return ??? STILL WAITING

Positive experience: My experience with Bouden Coach Travel was decent since we completed the journey on time and without incident, despite the fact that the driver made a few mistakes. I think we made a solid investment in the coach, so I think we were entitled to the greatest treatment, but I don't think we got it. The driver was fine on the way to the beach, but when we got there, we were on the EAST side of the beach when we wanted to be on the WEST, and he refused to take us, which was a great inconvenience for my family and I. The good news is that we were eventually picked up from there, but on the way back we only stopped at one service stop rather than two as had been agreed upon with the previous driver. The new driver then tried to rush 21 passengers to the service within 5 minutes, which I believe is impossible given that the coach was parked at least 5 minutes from the service location. He even said, "We better hurry up," which I felt to have been rude. As a result, the service did not live up to my expectations, given that I paid a significant sum for the bus and so anticipated at least the bare minimum. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: Dreadfull service van was more like a builders van. Dirty broken seats. Seat belts hardly working. Driver was an hour late. Was texting whilst driving. Drove over the speed limit. Actually nodded off at one point. Says on Web site Van's no older than 4 years it was an 07. Also our drivers are always professional and smartly dressed if you call track suit shorts hoodie and sliders smart!

Right from recommendations , to very reasonable quotes which beats the next nearest quote by at least 25% , excellent skillful and very nice drivers , customer care , email alerts ....other travel agencies should learn from them. Negative experience: SIX OF US WERE LEFT STRANDED AT MANCHESTER AIPORT, DON'T USE OWN VEHICLES, SAFTY ISSUES! We booked 2 x Coaches to take 6 of us from Sutton Coldfield to Manchester Airport - June 2023 The bus that took us to Manchester was not a company-owned vehicle from Bouden Coach Travel but an Uber! It had Uber stickers all over the bus. We constantly had to stop telling the driver to stop tail-gating at 70-80mph!! If I wanted an Uber, I would have booked an Uber! We booked with the supposed "number 1 place for minibus, coach, and car hire, as we thought we would get someone from that organisation to take us. When we returned to Manchester Airport at 11 pm, NO coach turned up!!!!!!!! How a coach company fails to pick up its passengers in this digital age is just beyond me. To add salt to the wounds, the 24/7 out-of-hours number was not working either, so we were left stranded. After waiting an hour and several attempts to contact Boulden Coach Travel, we had no choice but to get a black taxi back home. Six of us crammed in the back of a black cab (with luggage) for over 2 hours is not what we paid for!!!!!! When I contacted Boulden Coach Travel for a full refund, they only agreed to refund the black taxi journey, which has taken them over two weeks to repay and has caused me many issues. I have received no apology or any additional compensation for being left stranded at Manchester airport or compensation for not receiving the service we expected. A COMPLETE SHAM!!

Negative experience: Hello. I want to share my impressions of using the services of this carrier company Bouden Coach Travel, and they are completely unsatisfactory.Starting with the fact that on Wednesday July 12, 2023, the bus driver who was supposed to leave our group of almost 50 people from Worcester to London at 5.30 am was late (I think overslept), which is the height of unprofessionalism! more than an hour, and we all, including small children aged 7 years and older, had to wait at the bus stop and freeze in a long wait.And when finally the driver arrived, it turned out that the toilet was not working as needed.Due to the lack of professionalism of the bus driver, our group was late for all planned and important excursions for us, which greatly upset everyone. But the most unpleasant happened when another driver of the same company, for unknown reasons, decided to return our group back to Worcester by the longest possible route and in addition to noticing which we are all tired, made myself lunch break for as much as 40 minutes.Because of this, we returned as you understand very late and with the most negative impressions from the services of this carrier company.Definitely and unquestionably I do not recommend anyone to use their services.Rating: Very, very bad.

Negative experience: The worth experience I have ever had in my life. We had a trip from Worcester to London on Wednesday 12th July. We should leave at 5.30am! The coach arrived to pick up our group with a delay of more than one hour!!! We had to wait for it on the street early on a cold morning. This delayed departure caused us to miss a booked tour in the Parliament. Moreover, the toilet in the coach stopped working an hour after the departure from Worcester. Nothing could be worth, but on our way back to Worcester from London the bus driver in the middle of the trip decided to make a break for 40 minutes and then chose the longest way towards Worcester that you can ever imagine. The trip that should be a treat for us became a nightmare! We came home exhausted and frustrated!!! Never use this company!!

Fantastic experience: I arranged 2 mini-buses with Bouden's Coach Travel to collect a large group of passengers from Birmingham Airport and return the same day. The mini-buses were very clean, tidy and well looked after. The customer service provided by Steve and Amar, the 2 drivers, was exceptional. Negative experience: We booked a coach with Bouden in May 23 to transfer a wedding party of 30 from the wedding reception venue to Lea Marston Hotel which was a few miles away and should have taken no more than 8 minutes. Unfortunately the trip took over 30 mins, the driver took endless wrong turns, got lost and had to stop to check his map/sat nav and drove far to fast. My wife and other members of the party were very nervous during the trip due to how fast erratic he was driving. Also I had repeat emails from them asking for payment when i had already paid, on contacting them they stated that they could not find my payment in there system. Needless to say I don't recommend Bouden Coach Travel.

One of their driver name Ali Mohammed was very rude and used very bad language. Just because I called him two times he started misbehave with me and threatened us to leave the place without taking our people.

Negative experience: We pre booked coach travel to Luton Airport and the bus didn’t even turn up. We spent over £1000 on a coach for a stag do and had to get to the airport ourselves as the driver was nowhere near our location at the time of pickup…

Negative experience: Had coach booked for an early coach to Luton Airport from Nottingham. Coach never showed up. Rung the company and they were none the wiser to the drivers location leaving 20 people trying to get to Luton Airport in the early hours and behind schedule. We even confirmed the booking prior to the day. Took multiple contacts from our booker to get the refund. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Had a return transfer to the airport for a large student group. Great service both ways! On they way there, driver waited a bit extra because of a lateness issue with one passenger. For the way back, driver arrived early and went out into the rain to find us and help guide us to the coach. Temperatures were also adjusted on request. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: We used Bouden Coach Travel on two occasions recently. Day one was a multiple venue trip for wedding guests. Day two was an airport drop. On both occasions communications with the staff in the office, transport by the drivers and standard of the vehicles was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

Negative experience: Im very unhappy with this company. I booked and paid a depisit for a trip going in march next year. This was 2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email from them and assuming all was sorted i refused all other quotes i had received. Yesterday i received an email from them saying that they had just realised that my booking date coincided with the Cheltenham cup weekend and as availability is low they need to add another £300 onto the price. They blamed a blip in their system. Whilst i understand mistakes happen, im disgusted that they now expect me to either pay this extra money or have my deposit paid back. Not very professional in my opinion. And to make matters even worse no one did contact me..... See their response

Fantastic experience: Thankyou for a providing a great transfer service for my party of 4 to Heathrow and back. Made everything easy and worry free plus a great price compared to other providers. Special thanks to Adil who picked us up today, he paid the car park at the airport and also gave us water and snacks on way home. His vehicle was clean and spacious and he got us home quickly after our 10 hour flight.

Fantastic experience: I booked Bouden Coach Travel to take our party of 9 people from Leicester to Gatwick Airport early on a Friday morning and again for our return journey late on a Monday morning. We also needed a diversion in both directions to pick up and drop off another passenger. The service we received when requesting a quotation and agreeing the arrangements was excellent. Communication from making the original booking until the day of travel was always attentive and reassuring. The service, communication and help from the driver for both journeys were equally first-class. If you need to hire a coach and driver, do not hesitate to contact Bouden Coach Travel. I would always recommend them.

Negative experience: Appalling service from this company, I would not recommend them. We paid the full amount before the trip. Our community group had a trip arranged in Leicestershire which got ruined. I had to call the company who did not pick up and then I had to call the driver who said he was stuck on the M69 due to a RTC. He was coming from Birmingham to Leicester! Surely at that peak time in the morning you would expect more local drivers? You would also expect the drivers to allow plenty of time during the peak hours and to make contact with the company if they are running really late. The minibus arrived 45minutes late and the service our group received was unprofessional from the company who kept on justifying the drivers lateness.

Fantastic experience: Needed a minibus hire for a short notice trip to liverpool due to complications we had - these guys were by far the cheapest we had been quoted. I had called customer services to check the finer questions (parking, toll roads, general fees etc) and they were very polite and informative with this. The driver turned up perfectly scheduled and was a delight, offered toilet breaks at service stations when needed. When scheduling the collection back, I phoned the driver to confirm when we was ready and where the pick up was and he was there again perfectly on time with no issues. Overall I cannot fault this company, would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a minibus hire with a driver!

Negative experience: Had a booking for 2 years and with only weeks to go I called to check everything was on track for our booking to Disneyland Paris! Was told all okay on the phone then received a telephone call to state they were no longer running the trip- I wouldn’t have known unless I chased them and not even an apology or offer of assistance to help us find alternative travel. They cited covid as an excuse - funny we found someone later the same day who not only jumped to help us in an emergency but took us with no problems at all so Bouden cannot use covid as an excuse! Their customer service is a disgrace - though they “were happy to offer a full refund”. Very courteous of them considering THEY breached the contract and cancelled! They also chose to block us on Facebook - so professional. STAY CLEAR if you want reliable service!

Negative experience: operators beware .having to take bouden travel to court over 500.00 bad payers get money up front off these cowboys .hope the public know they sub work to more reputable operators thats why they have the odd good review

Fantastic experience: Top drawer service from Bouden's. From start to finish, the customer service was impeccable, even despite the numerous postponements and reschedulings due to COVID restrictions. The team couldn't do enough to help and never pushed for confirmation when the trip looked in doubt. Ultimately the booking went ahead and Bouden's staff were in contact throughout the day to ensure everything went as expect. The coaches provided were of high quality and the drivers were most friendly and accommodating, especially regarding changes to pick up time and location. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: When speaking with the sales team, they were incredibly professional and couldn't have been more helpful. I was provided with a fantastic quote which almost seemed too good to be true. I confirmed we wished to proceed with the booking via the link in the quote email and quickly recieved an email confirming the booking with a link for payment. This is where the trouble began. The link via the email didn't allow you to complete your booking. So I emailed to ask for a link that worked or how else I could pay. It was a Sunday evening so didn't expect an immediate response. Still no response on Monday morning so decided to give Bouden a call. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and said she would ask the accounts team to send me a link for payment. Great! Sadly, no link was sent so I still had been unable to make payment. I phoned again on getting home from work and was told they'd contact accounts and the link would be sent for payment. Within 10 minutes I then recieved a missed call and voicemail to inform me unfortunately they had no vehicles available and they wouldn't be able to accommodate my booking. When I called to speak to a manager, she was incredibly dismissive, didn't actually apologise considering I'd tried on more than one occasion to pay for the travel and it was their mistake and she was, in all honesty, blunt and rude. I actually think the price I'd been quote was in fact wrong and rather than calling to say sorry we've under quoted you for the journey, they just lied and said they were fully booked. If you're only doing a local trip, I'd say go for it. The prices are very cheap. Anything more extensive or complicated, steer well clear! You get what you pay for, or not, in my case.
