Negative experience: I will give them zero stars if possible. Don’t fall for the ads. There’s a high chance of VISA rejection, and game changes if it does get rejected—even due to simple mistakes by their agents—they won’t take any responsibility. My experience has been very poor. Also, be aware that all their agents use fake names, nail, alexander, john and are not actually based in London. Once VISA got rejected, you have to wait weeks to get in touch with the agent who takes your request and all the stress with it.. Warning everyone.

Negative experience: I wish i could score a 0 star. Worst ever experience. Please avoid them they are a hit and miss. Never used them especially Albert. Thieves. The requested £370 for an American visa and refused to refund despite not following up anything. First i deposited 270 Albert insisted i pay all. Not even an appointment. He then blames the owner of the company, as he will need to approve the refund.Then says the refund will take 15 days. He then stops responding to any mesaages after the 15th day. They tried to force me to get an air ticket/voucher. They are scammers. I asked for a receipt since he said they had paid to save a cancelled date for an interview without any communication. Then he shares the only appointments available are in November despite saying the appointment will be before the 18th of August. Till date they are not able to produce reciets. They are busy deleting any negative reviews. I need the £370 refunded. Thieves and fake people. Very unprofessional. The response from owner is same and offer no solution

Negative experience: ❌ Fast Holiday is a Complete SCAM – FRAUDSTERS Operating from India This company is a scam run by fraudsters pretending to be based in the UK. In reality, they’re operating out of India, using fake names, fake email addresses, and fake documents to trap people. I dealt with an agent named “Emma” — without a doubt the most incompetent, dishonest, and utterly useless person I’ve ever come across. She provided me with: • A fake visa appointment • Fake hotel booking • Fake insurance • And even submitted the wrong information on my passport Because of this complete mess, I missed my actual visa appointment and ended up losing over £400. These scammers were very responsive before payment, calling nonstop — but the moment they got the money, they completely disappeared. No calls, no emails, no support. This isn’t just bad service — this is organized fraud. They are lying, cheating, and stealing from innocent people. ⚠️ Do NOT trust this company. Don’t be fooled by the fake professionalism. They are criminals in disguise. I’m writing this so no one else gets scammed the way I did. Report them. Avoid them. Warn others.

We were waiting for our documents until the last minute of appointment. Highly inappropriate and unethical behavior by Emma and team fast holidays. Unfortunately now I am moving with my legal complaint against them for misrepresentation and fraudulent conduct.

Negative experience: The company is fraudulent. They charged an initial fee, then demanded additional payment for the flight ticket. After paying the extra amount, my visa was rejected due to their fraudulent ticket. I requested a refund, but they have not returned my money.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. They completely lack honesty and reliability. I trusted them with my visa application, spent a lot of money, and because of the wrong and misleading advice from their staff member Ria, my visa was rejected. They even pressure clients to leave positive reviews before any results, which is very misleading. Once your visa is rejected, you will not get any support or compensation from them. I strongly warn everyone: do not waste your time and money with this agency.

Negative experience: The worst ever fraud company I came across; all the agents super fast taking payment and they send you fake applications and appointments letters with fake ticket and hotel reservations; x2 of my friends visa been declined of this fake proof of booing. I personally involved with agent called Chris; very unprofessional and no response; always escape with excuses, don’t respond calls or WhatsApp. Recently I noted that the phone number is added to fraud list. Be aware before booking.

Citing limited availability at the Spanish consulate, they confidently advised us to apply through the Danish consulate—a suggestion that turned out to be completely inappropriate for our nationality. Every single application in our group was rejected. Why? Because the Danish consulate does not process visas for our nationality under these circumstances—something any competent visa consultant should absolutely know. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was gross negligence at best and outright misrepresentation at worst. Despite taking full, upfront payments per applicant, the agency: Provided inaccurate and misleading advice. Took no accountability after the rejections. Claimed ignorance of rules that are easily accessible and fundamental to their line of work. In reality, they should never have recommended the Danish consulate in the first place, and certainly not without properly checking or informing us about the legal and procedural implications. This isn't just about poor service—it's about a complete lack of responsibility and ethics. Many people fall victim to such agencies because they appear professional and "confident"—but confidence without competence is dangerous. What we experienced was not just a disappointment—it was a fraudulent misrepresentation that cost us our entire holiday. If you are planning to use this agency for Schengen or other visa services: Do not rely solely on their guidance. Demand written clarity on consulate suitability based on your nationality. Or better yet—take your business elsewhere. This review is a genuine attempt to protect others from suffering the same fate. Please share and spread awareness.

Negative experience: Disappointed by Lack of Responsibility and Professionalism We approached this agency to help us book Schengen visa appointments for our trip to Spain. Due to limited appointment availability with the Spanish consulate, they advised us—very confidently—to apply through the Danish consulate instead, without fully explaining the implications of doing so based on our nationality. Unfortunately, all our visa applications were rejected due to nationality-related restrictions that the agency should have been fully aware of. When we raised this with them, they simply distanced themselves from the outcome, claiming they were unaware of this “rule.” No accountability was taken, despite charging full fees well in advance for each applicant. As a travel agency offering visa services, it’s their core responsibility to be informed about Schengen entry rules and guide clients accordingly—especially when recommending alternate consulates. In our case, they failed to do that, and as a result, a long-awaited vacation was lost for our entire group. This review is not written out of frustration, but to caution others. If you’re considering using this agency for visa support, especially for Schengen applications, I strongly recommend doing your own thorough research—or think twice before placing your trust in their guidance.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with them. Never use this company for applying to visas, specially Alex. I booked my flight ticket through them which was supposed to be refundable. I have been asking for the money since early June to be back into my account and they have been lying and stating that they do not have the money. Whatever happens use any other company to apply for your visa. After calling easy jet in July, I found out My money has been refunded back to them in June 20 and to this day (July 24) they have not sent the money back yet after countless calls and complaints. Now they are ignoring me and left my money with them. I hope Alex and whoever ignored me would face the consequences of their actions

Negative experience: They were very helpful in getting me a date for my Malta Schengen visa. I called them about Portugal and they suggested Malta as they had no dates for Portugal. But they neglected to tell me that there is a minimum 3-week processing time at the Maltese embassy (which is not typical of Schengen). They still didn’t say anything after they told me to book the holiday and submit my travel date - which was 1 day short of 3 weeks from the date of the appointment. I expressed my concern about a week and a half into the processing and they said, don’t worry, you’ll get it back in time. A few days before my travel date I informed them that I have heard nothing from embassy, they said “let’s wait and see”. On the day of travel, the embassy notified me that the passport had been dispatched. Next day courier still doesn’t have it, I told Fast Holidays, they said “it will take 4-5 days working days”. Suffice it to say I should’ve traveled a day ago and I have no idea where my passport is or when I’ll get it back. Maybe they’re well intentioned, maybe even kind, but it counts for nothing if they’re incompetent to your detriment doesn’t it?!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. The lady Emma was very irresponsible about the documents. She even did not bother about my appointment date. We specifically told them to apply for the Schengen visa of a country with an easier process and a high approval rate. But Miss Emma referred us to Greece, which has a very low visa approval rate. The lady didn’t respond until the day before the appointment. Somehow, my husband managed to contact their office. Around 8 PM the night before the appointment, she finally sent the documents – and all the documents were fake and they did just editing on it. When it came to taking the consultation fee, Emma would constantly message and calls. Worst experience ever. As you have failed to provide my husband with the required documents meant for our Schengen visa appointment. Please can the full amount be refunded back to his account?. If not. We will not only inform the police of this fraud, but we will inform the financial services authority and also take this to social media . We are not illegals in this country nor uneducated. You cannot do what you want to do with people. We will give your company 24hrs to repay the full amount. Thank you. Also please tell you agent “Emma” that she is a terrible person. She has ignored our calls & messages. We will NOT take this lying down. You people use the same number and pretend someone other using it. I want my husband’s money back.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to apply for a visa to go to the Netherlands A lady called Dazzy helped me. We first tried to apply through iceland but that was not a good idea. I was really upset when my visa got declined. Dazzy was willing to help me again for minimal charge. Second time around we applied through family and friends for netherlands. And to be honest it should have been done through the Netherlands the first time. Nevertheless I got my visa valid for a year. And I am very thankful. Negative experience: Hi I use these guys I asked appointment for Germany but then they change everything to Iceland and then they got me appointment when I get to the appointment. I did the appointment. I submit my paperwork when I receive my paperwork back. I got a rejection and the remarks was that the documents submitted was fake . So because of that fake document I got rejection these guys are fraud don’t use them and I will try my best to take them into court and bring them into justice. I can’t remove my rejection from my travel history, but I will try to take them into court and save other people from these fraud scammers.

Negative experience: Good afternoon everyone i share my personal experience about fast holiday company I was given my work to fast holiday company Serbian country tourist Visa and I paid visa fees and my pepper work and this company take appointments Serbian Embassy about tourist visa after i went Serbian embassy and they said you don’t have any appointments or never needed come here and they said you should apply online visa and fast holiday agent don’t know nothing I lost my one day salary lost and I was travel 2 hours my house to London and then agent again said I will apply online visa and I am waiting about my almost one month and seven day but nothing reply from embassy when I called agent always said I promised you will get visa but nothing get visa until my journey date come. I requested to agent please help me sort out a problem but always reply I can’t do anything I lost my £ 900 quid and which I paid £175 quid after I cancelled my hotel and flight I didn’t get back money and I asked agent please back pay my money which I paid to you 175 quid nothing reply I hope you understand so please before given work just think. They just promised but not taking any responsibility so please care fully Thank you

Negative experience: Due to them got 2 time refusal on schengen visa, first time the girl put dates on flights and hotel are unmatched due to that got refusal on denmark sencond time she told us they will not going to charge anything but only £60 and then we appear at the time of iceland appointment they charged us other £78 approx which was not told by the agent and second time got refusal due to itenary issue worst experience

Positive experience: When I started out with Fast Holidays I was quite pleased, but things changed along the way. A few days before my appointment I could not get in touch with my agent. I decided to give it some time since the office told me I would get my documents by the day of my appointment. I waited but nothing happened. On the day I couldn't get in touch with anyone. My appointment was 12 and up to that point I hadn't received my documents. I got a call from my agent 12:03 and he apologized for everything and said he would work something out. I got my documents when I was on my way to the appointment. Needless to say, I got to my appointment 3 hours late. God was so good that I was allowed in after much deliberating. I eventually got all my documents and was able to turn them in. In the end, I'm just grateful I was still able to submit my documents. I'm also grateful to Fast Holidays for putting together my documents. It's "better late than never" they say. "All things work together for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose", says the good book. God is faithful

Negative experience: This company does not deserve a star, they are not what they seem to be . They are a SCAM. My husband contacted them to assist for a Schengen Visa application and they provided fake documents and poor visa forms where all our travel dates as a family are different. Who does that? They will also not communicate with you once you have paid and then send the proposed documents late so you can’t verify the authenticity. We were turned away at VFS office in Edinburgh, we couldn’t even submit our documents. The agents contacting my husband are Smith and Jason. It was embarrassing for my family. Please avoid Fast Holidays or you will loose your money.

Negative experience: They wasted my money, time and peace of mind . Besides we could not go on the planned tour at all as the visa was denied. Tried to book Schengen visa for me and my son and niece through this agency. Dealt with Dazzy. To her credit she did manage to get the date for appointment when i wanted to as that was the only day I could travel to the Manchester center. I did everything that they said, including 50 GBP each for a sponsorship letter which was exactly the same for the two young adults, only changed the name ! The hotel booking and flight bookings were done by them . Visa got refused citing" reasonable doubts as to the reliability and and authenticity of supporting documents submitted or veracity of their contents" and additional remarks " the hotel booking was cancelled". Upon asking Dazzy why the hotel booking was cancelled she has no response. They say that they can not control if the Visa is granted or not. That is true, but in this case they cancelled the hotel booking and have no response as to why .They also did not respond to any queries for refund. Money lost and we couldn't go on our tour in the dates that we had planned. Will not be using their services again. Exercise caution .

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We are extremely disappointed with the complete lack of communication. Despite providing a share code and paying them £80 in good faith to move forward with a booking, there has been no progress whatsoever. Unfortunately this service has fallen short of our expectations and has wasted time and money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Negative experience: I strongly say do not go to fast holidays for tourism or visa services. They are collecting money and providing documents which is not acceptable by the Greececonsulate, owner says contact for support with number in other reviews but when contacted it is same people who did prior processing, they say can't process a France visa, can't process Germany visa but say can do with Iceland with fake booking details. No refund provided. Again and again, they are trying to betray the people who are processing. I contacted multiple times but it is same response either it is Wilson or Gracia, no one is processing with refund or the processing of respective visa. They are asking to contact to delete the review rather than actual support on visa or refund. I am really depressed and frustrated as betrayed and wasted lot of time and energy. I was asked to pay 150 pounds for appointment then another 150 pounds for documents, but not worth of single penny as it was rejected as soon as seen at consulate and I will proceed to complaint in my bank and raise dispute as fraud as I ended up in travel expenses as well from my Location to consulate in London. So overall 400+ pounds loss, time and energy waste and official leave wasted for all of us.

Negative experience: The worst ever . I was telling the employee what to do and teach him his job . I eded up refused because of him . Late answers up to several days ! False promises to solve issues but nothing happened. Always they come up with excuses like “ I am on a meeting and I’ll call you back “ but never happened. I truly don’t recommend anyone to deal with them because it’s just waste of time and money

Negative experience: One of my friend was applying Visa through this agency . They are very unprofessional after taking the payment they not gonna talk to you for about a month. Then they gonna stress you about the visa giving your application to unexperienced staff . This is the worst decision she has made for herself . They are not giving the payment back.

Fantastic experience: They took a deposit from me so that they made an embassy appointment for me a month ago. Until now, it has not been booked for me, and when I asked them for the amount, the amount was not transferred 50 pounds. It is a very bad office.

Negative experience: DO NOT GET VISA FROM THEM they are the worst. 1) They took 280£ PP for visa. 420£ for the air tickets. 2) my visa got rejected because of them. (they didn't provide proper details) 3) I had to beg for my own money for 40 workings days 4) the staff stopped picking up my calls. they cant even speak respectfully and PARKAR who works there as a agent , called himself as a MANAGER. They never transferred the call to the manager. 5) got only 50% back from the refund. They took like 400 pounds for ticket which they clearly told me that it will be deducted by 15% or 20% but they deducted like 50% of my money. Trust me guys your money is very valuable. Don't let them squander it.

Negative experience: This company is filled with incompetent staff . I am pregnant and my husband wanted to take me to France they convinced him to apply for a visa to Iceland he paid them money on April and made us wait for two months he charged 405£ as part of service charges and 300£ we paid again in VFS,that is total 700£ and I got my visa refusal because of the documents ( we clearly told them we will pay for the flight tickets but they assured they will take care of it and even made us pay a cancellation fee ) .when I was calling the company agent he didn’t answered my phone calls or the messages,which has not left us no choice rather than calling company multiple times but no one has taken the responsibility,it’s been a week and today I spoke with the manager and he is advising us to pay again 300£ pounds we paid for VFS again especially when it was them who convinced us to take the fake bookings when we clearly had no issues to book the flight normally . I had paid 700£ till now and got refusal and again they’re expecting us to pay 300£ who’s gonna afford 1k£ just for a visa application . The company is filed with incompetent staff and stupid management don’t loose ur money on them .

Negative experience: Fast holidays is a scam. I approached them to assist me with Schengen visa application for my family and I was scammed. They provided me with fake documents for my appointment at the VFS in Edinburgh. I was embarrassed by the officer at the VFS, who turned me away because of the documents their staff provided for my visa application. The agent who was attending to me is Jason. He stopped receiving my calls since I paid money for my visa assistant. Avoid this company please. They are not what they seem to be.

Negative experience: Hii, i file my application from fast holidays for canada tourist visa with my baby and husband in October 2024 . First when i have to ask my application status i have to wait 2-3 months then after 2-3 months they give me the status . In march i asked to let me know the status of my application and everyday told me that we will ask the processing team and let you know but they give me the status in may after asking again and again and calling many times and in may they give me the status with refusal letter which they got in march . That’s very shameful like they give me the status after 2 months with refusal letter. I will recommend to everyone plz don’t file your application from them especially for Canada, Australia and USA. They are just known for Schengen visa that can apply by yourself. So please don’t waste your time and money . Stephen handled my all process. When i have to apply the application he picked up the call in seconds but when i have to ask the status he didn’t answer my query and pick up the call for 2-3 months that’s very frustrating.
