Negative experience: Really not the best I asked for our flight tickets got sent an e voucher which wasn't checked by the staff. When we got to the airport we had not been issued ticket numbers for the flight and nearly didn't go. After speaking to virgin staff they said the store should of noticed and rectified.

Negative experience: Wife and I went in to make enquiries with regard a long trip, a month, to Canada in 2024. I accept flight details may not be available. However the one, not busy, member of staff had no interest at all. Not even a few suggestions on places to go things to do in order to maybe start to put something together. Instead it was just, several times, “Come back in July when flight details have been released” !! Totally opposite to our views last year arranging a trip to Hawaii + by a staff member who was so positive

Fantastic experience: We needed help booking our Disney park entrances for when we go to Florida. Denise was so helpful, and took the time to show me how to do this on the App. We felt so relaxed with Denise and Haley, that we booked another holiday. Would definitely recommend x

Fantastic experience: The representative was soooo helpful to me and my daughter. I'm quite confident she will sort some issues out that we have atm. Especially as every time we call virgin they never never answer there phones(not the store we visited).
