Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous! Took over £6400 off someone I care for! Supposed to have re booked a holiday for her. Instead have kept her money and failed to reply to emails and calls! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service today from a man who answered my call. First complained I’d called around 6 time’s today .. which I had. You don’t get through you keep calling right ? Then proceeded to talk over me tell me he would get someone else to deal with my issue and hung up while I was still speaking about my issue. The ladies I have spoken to can’t have helped enough but this man was PURE RUDE and not at all an asset to your company.

Negative experience: We booked a tour of Thailand with Disabled Access Holidays in May 2017. We received no further details of the holiday and in September we had to keep pushing them for a detailed itinerary for the company actually running the tour, Thai Senior Disabled Tours. The itinerary we eventually received did not even name all the hotels. So it was no surprise that we had more problems once we arrived in Thailand - a disinterested guide who gave out wrong information and just slept through some of our journeys, constant changes to the itinerary, and 4 out of 10 nights in hotels that were dangerously inaccessible (including one where they had not even finished laying the paths) . The photos speak for themselves. When we complained Disabled Access Holidays just blamed the company on Thailand and offered no apology for their role and ended up just not replying to our messages.

Fantastic experience: Disabled Access Holidays website is extremely easy to use and the staff are great when you ask any questions. Will definitely be using them again as they have a wide range of places to go to and all my questions were answered fully.
