I had initially tried to book online, but the reservation was not confirmed. When I called, Neha introduced herself and clearly explained the situation. She then went out of her way to assist me by securing the tickets at a slightly higher fare, ensuring that my booking was successfully confirmed. Throughout the process, Neha was extremely polite, professional, and a very good communicator. What impressed me most was that she even called me back afterwards to make sure I was happy with the booking—an extra step that truly shows her dedication to customer care. Negative experience: Absolutely incompetent company with incompetent staff. The Staff that called regarding ticketing issue is not able to communicate correctly in English. I Booked tickets for December 2025 business class both ways via their website. They called me the next day saying they won’t be able to provide me with return business class tickets .The staff from World tour said i have to pay more if i want to fly back business class or else i have to fly back economy. Bear in mind i have already paid for the full business class return tickets the day before. Such an incompetent company. Outrageous never faced such incompetency with any other travel agency.

Negative experience: Scam company. Avoid World Tour Store at all costs. I booked a flight from London to Malaysia (May 19 - June 7) through Momondo on 14th May. Within hours, I received a call from Soniya Tolani at World Tour Store telling me that the ticket I paid for was no longer available. If I wanted to travel, I had to pay an extra £390 to “upgrade” to a Flexi ticket because the original fare was “sold out.” No email. No official notification. Just a phone call - late at night. She blamed the airline (British Airways), told me I could either pay or wait for a response from them and risk not flying. The next day, after I refused, she said she was still “waiting to hear back.” Eventually, she lowered the “upgrade” fee to £280, then £279 - none of this added up. I checked British Airways' site and, surprise: the same flights were still available at the same price. When I pointed this out and mentioned the many negative online reviews describing the exact same situation I was in, she dismissed it and insisted they had “many positive reviews” too. Eventually, after wasting over 48 hours, they told me they’d cover the £279 themselves as a “gesture of goodwill” - but refused to provide any written confirmation or details. Even then, I got another call saying there was now an issue with my return flight, and if I wanted to fly back, I’d need to pay more again. That was the final straw. I demanded a refund and received an email confirmation - but I’ll believe it when I see the money. This company clearly operates using bait-and-switch tactics and deliberate pressure to make customers panic and pay more. Zero transparency. No professionalism. And no accountability. To make matters worse, it felt like Soniya Tolani was working round the clock, which makes me question how they treat their staff as well. Avoid this scam operation. Report them if you've been affected. No one should be put through this! *Update 15.6.25 - I finally received my refund.

Negative experience: This company is a complete and utter mess, as well as a probable scam. My boyfriend and I booked separate tickets for a trip to Sri Lanka. We used Momondo to price compare and found that this agent was offering direct flights at a price much lower than other companies (£658). Due to differences in return dates, our flights were booked separately. My boyfriend booked first, and as soon as the booking was made through World Tour Store, a rep, Meenakshi, called him saying that there are no flights available at the price we booked (£658) for the 11th June and that he would have to pay more for this date. She also explained that if he wanted the price to remain the same (I.e no extra fee), he would have to book for the 10th instead. He proceeded to book for that date. Knowing this information, I booked for the 10th June. The price listed on Momondo was £633. I immediately received a call saying from another rep, Daniel, that I would have to pay £25 more as ‘basic economy was not available’ and I would need to book the next tier instead. Given what had happened to my boyfriend, I assumed they would call with an extra fee, and so paid this to make sure I got my tickets. Now we thought everything was fine UNTIL we received our e-tickets and my boyfriend’s departure date is the 11th June, and not the 10th. This means Meenakshi WAS able to book for the 11th without receiving extra payment. In essence, this company LIES about these extra fares in order to gain more money here and there. To further illustrate this, my father also paid for tickets in May. The price was advertised for £633. As soon as the booking was made, another rep called him saying there were no seats available and that he would have to pay more. My father refused and began to complain and the agent hung up. The next day, she called again saying they were ‘able to resolve the issue’ and made the booking without extra payment being made. Now I’m left trying to fix my booking so that my boyfriend and I are not travelling on separate days. I wish I had paid more and booked with another vendor just to avoid the extra stress World Tour Stores has given me over the past few days. Alongside everything above, multiple calls were being made to my phone during work hours. And strange requests such as replying to emails with ‘I confirm all the above’ were asked of me. This is obviously to cover their tracks in case of any legal issues, but the company’s practices are very scam like. Please avoid at all costs. You won’t be travelling ‘with a smile’ as they like to advertise. UPDATE 02/04 The manager, Ujjawal, called me today and resolved my issue with regards to differences in departure date between me and my boyfriend. HOWEVER, he then asked me to change my review, which I said I would not do. This is because, while my issue is resolved, their practice of calling and trying to charge extra does not sit right with me, as well as the strange email requests that they had asked of me in the days prior. Several hours later, my phone is being bombarded with calls from World Tour Store, presumably because I will not change my review. I have resorted to blocking their numbers for my own peace of mind, only to receive voicecall messages. This experience is now bordering harrassment. I ask that you please stop calling me. I have my tickets and I want nothing more to do with your business - you have caused more stress in the last few days than was worth the slightly cheaper tickets I managed to get from your website. My review will not change. For prospective customers, please think carefully before buying with World Tour Store.

Negative experience: I booked the ticket from this company and one of staffs called me. She said that there is no ticket for my daughter, who is 15 years old and she is in waiting list. The staff asked to pay extra £300. Even though I asked to cancel, she said this is not refundable, so I can’t cancel. She repeated that I have to pay more, if my daughter go to airport. Even though I said that I could buy better another ticket, if I can get refund, but she keep saying this ticket is not refundable. Don’t you think this is a scam? My plan of holidays start in bad mode, because of this company.

Fantastic experience: I can only write as I find. All communication via WhatsApp is proactive and detailed. WTS always aims to provide the best price. I have booked for the Maldives, Kenya and intend to book for India in the near future. I pay WTS by BACS which works well for me. When it comes to booking a price may change from that which is quoted but I accept that as there are alot of factors involved with airlines. So far so good and intend to keep using WTS.

Positive experience: Simple and quick, friendly and helpful staff, paid a little more than advertised on the website, but this was made clear that could be a possibility, (only payed what was advertised two days before!) Hopefully everything goes smoothly at the airports, all three of them!

Negative experience: Booked flights last thursday 23/01/2025 and then had a phone call to say one of the flights we booked there’s no seats left. We were offered date changes but we did not want this as those were the flights we wanted so unsure as to why they even let us book. Asked for the booking to be cancelled. Was told we had to wait 24 hours just incase seats because available. Had to ring them the next day and asked to cancel because there were no seats. Was told over the phone it was cancelled but asked for confirmation in writing over email but refusing to give it as it’s now a “past” booking! They are happy to say it’s cancelled over the phone but not happy to put it in writing. The reason we want it in writing is because when we had to book I had to put all my bank details to “book now” so they have my details on file. But refusing to send an email to confirm that the booking is cancelled! I have had no response via email and have had to ring them every day and now waiting for a call back from the manager. Does not seem legit!

Positive experience: I was trying to purchase a air ticket via their website on a peak time. Although I booked it with my card details, the ticket was not confirmed immediately. I received a call from them saying the price has gone higher and I need to pay higher price. This happens with the most travel agent that sells ticket online. However they helped me to get the best price available that time and they communicated with me promptly with any updates.

Each seat I paid to stay with my wife, cuz she have a panic attack ! When I travel to Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur the set was not together with my wife. And I have to pay two way 170$ extra to stay with my wife! And contact the company but they didn’t do anything! Trust me I never recommend this kind agent travel they’re all fraud and dishonest!!!! Negative experience: The worst travel agency I’ve ever dealt with. They tried to overcharge for booking seats and when we confronted it, they said they’ll provide a refund. It’s been 6 weeks I’ve been chasing this refund and their admin person “is away for a while”. No sense of accountability, their customer service is pathetic, they are poor at communicating and definitely will take your money. When you ask to speak to a manager they say “he’s with another customer” and when you ask them to call you back or email, they won’t do it. They deserve 0 stars and should be shut down. Embarrassing.

Negative experience: If I could leave a zero star review for this absolute sham of a company, I would. As other people have mentioned, they draw you in with an advertised low price which you think you're actually booking when you fill in all your payment details..but no-it then says your flights aren't actually confirmed yet. Then you receive a phone call telling you that you actually have to pay more money now as the price you'd seen is no longer available. In my case, it was only about $80 extra and I was in a rush so I just went with it. I had booked a flight from London-Dubai-Singapore and both legs were advertised as Premium Economy. I checked this verbally at several points during the phone call, I got it in writing over email from them that this was the case and I received confirmation of the booking/tickets were issed stating that this was the case. FALSE. On trying to then later book the seats with Emirates, I saw that there was no Premium Economy cabin on the Dubai to Singapore leg and I was in fact to be in the economy cabin. When I queried this with World Tour Store, stating that I had been mislead and missold, they told me that actually what they sell under 'Premium Economy' is the highest available economy cabin for any particular aircraft. Erm...you have not sold me 'highest possible economy cabin'-you have sold me 'Premium Economy'!! Despite admitting that this was an issue with their systems, all they offered me was a $250 voucher to use within 1 year when booking a Premium Economy flight with them next time. Absolutely no way will I ever touch this company with a barge pole again. Misleading, underhand, rip off merchants. AVOID!!

Negative experience: Their strategy is to entice you by advertising very lowest price. Then you give all the bank card details for the "purchase". You then telephone them just to confirm. On the phone these people give a totally inflated price which you can get online by urself. You don't need these intermediaries. Be very CAREFULL!

The overall reviews was 4.2 stars though so I decided to go with Within seconds of making the booking I was called to say the price had increased due to availability on the flights. I questioned this and got no proper answer. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no-one was working in that role as it was a weekend day. The price increase was over £450 for my trip. I cancelled immediately due to having no faith in this company. This is false advertising and deliberately placing lower prices to attract business. Negative experience: Very unhelpful and disgraceful can’t understand difficult situation My family booked tickets from London to Portugal total fare £1456 both ways. Asked for cancellation 2 weeks before or charge small amount of cancellation charges due to my family member critical condition in ICU hospital until now also we Said we providing a proof of hospital letter given by doctor for evidence . This office said we can’t help you speak to the airline office and on top said we will charge £150 per ticket to make changes due further dates . We are all are struggling in this difficult time after covid and pandemic paying bills and all other expenses. I believe I should bring it to a newspaper agency or complain the police and let the police decide what is the policy of this office in such type of matter. My family called and with all respect spoke to this office they are not bother to help out or even try to call the airline office and speak . They said “ you call the airline office “ I am saying I paid you all the money in your office and why not you can call and try to help us out .

After hours of searching flights, we found the flights with World Tour Store for a few hundred cheaper than the average so we booked and paid for them, only to receive a phone call back a hours later where they told me the flights were no longer available but they have found cheaper flights with another airline. I explained that I needed these flight date and times because my wife and small child were flying those dates (we boguht their tickets earlier as I was still waiting to hear from work). so now, I'm in a position where I cannot buy flights and my family are in another country for our child's first christmas all becasue of this company!!!

Negative experience: The travel agent cancelled my flight for no reason at all, claiming it was the airline’s fault which turned out to be not airlines fault and not refunding the money. I would rather stay away from this travel company, in worst case if they ask you to bank transfer for booking please, please don't do that that will be starting point of your nightmare when things goes wrong, pay with credit card and you will be covered if they do not refund. you can claim your money back from section 75 (credit provider has a legal responsibility if things go wrong with something you purchase using credit.
