Fantastic experience: Used Mayflower Travel for an early morning airport transfer from Romford and the service was excellent. Booking was straightforward, the driver arrived a few minutes early, helped with luggage, and the journey was smooth and stress-free. Really professional service and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Mayflower cabs did a return journey to gatwick airport. The cab driver wouldn't put the air con on. It was a baking hot day and he had an electric car. So didn't want to flatten the battery. We was also told it was £90 each way but then they put on £10 extra for airport drop off. We was quoted £90. Avoid this company

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, from office staff (Leona) to our driver Stuart, we were contacted day before to check everything was OK, driver was punctual and professional, on arrival back in UK we were contacted informing us our driver had arrived with car details, plus phone call from driver, 5* service.
