Fantastic experience: First time using Hays and I have to say I got an excellent service. Very helpful in advising which destination was best and made the whole booking process very easy. I also got my currency from their exchange bureau. I found all the staff very approachable and friendly. My holiday was perfect that I booked with them

Fantastic experience: Have used Tui in the past and everyone couldn't be any more helpful. This time it was Hazel that helped me. Had a choice of 2 countries I was considering so she went more into detail with them both. After being explained everything I made my decision so she also advised on day trips and excursions while out there. I spent around 2 hours there while she explained every little detail and was never felt rushed and on the spot to just agree with things I would 100% advise booking through them
