Fantastic experience: I used Kushiara to process my NVR for Bangladesh and the team was brilliant. Due to a personal emergency I needed them get my passport returned ASAP outside of the timeframe they originally gave me and as far as I am concerned, they went over and beyond and got it for me. Thank you to the team and would definitely recommend everyone to use there services.

Negative experience: Most funny things is that, they are giving account to all the council's dtiver. Also they have given access to tfl driver as well. But,our Milton Keynes plate drivers don't get enough job or big jobs. Sadly we don't get ebough jobs in our own Council

Negative experience: I've been here few times for the sake of my mum to send money overseas. Each time I go, the man always asks personal questions (the one who sounds beanibazari, light skin tone), such as; "why are you sending the money, how are you related to the receiver?" Etc. If you're going to ask such personal questions then why have a money transfer business, muppet. This place is very cultural, owned and run by Bangladeshis so any other ethnicities going in will receive an adverse treatment (being a bengali myself and married to a non-bengali, saying with experience). Poor customer service. Most of the bangladeshi businesses in that area really need training on how to provide good customer service and not get personal particularly with female customers. This is not Bangladesh dude. These men get all excited when amongst women and show domination.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO INTO THIS TRAVEL AGENT AS MEN ARE DISRESPECTFUL TO THEIR FEMALE CUSTOMERS. Asking inappropriate personal questions which makes you feel vulnerable and uncomfortable. Will never recommend this place and be careful to women who choose to use their services. Today I went into this office and it was an awful experience. All the male staff was being extremely disrespectful and had no respect for us women.

Negative experience: The customer service could do with alot of improvement as some others have stated. This problem seems to be big here , we are not in Bangladesh we need to up our standards and how we treat each other here. They are quick to take their fees but I cannot get hold of anyone via the telephone to answer a simple question regarding my passport without getting passed around. A customer should not be feeling worried or regretting using your services.

Negative experience: Their customer service poor. The travel angency staff Ahmed Liton made a mistake, on the flight booking. He blamed me for something i didnt do. Im taking this to the court until i have justice. Im half deaf and pregnant and he laughed at me. Im the scapegoat. I will not give up. He put my fathers name instead of my partners name. He didn't ask questions at all. He didnt admit he made a mistake. I had to pay the cancellation fee for something i didn't do. الله IS MY WITNESS ON DAY OF JUDGEMENT...SEE YOU THERE AHMED LITON...WOE ON YOU

Negative experience: Missleadded me and my family, talked in to a longer route and time to Bangladesh, ended up paying fine frm school .paying extra for transfer too.first I was given a great offer by a lady, then management call to change date saying you will have alot of problem in this flight,as I was going urgently last mint stressed out any way & with little kids advantage chance, & wont refund deposit. Deal,Its called making money frm someone else too. Never trust again.

Positive experience: I never used their travel agency. I just send money at times. Had no problems. I use their cash and curry. It's ok. I don't buy their meat because it's not HMC approved. If it was it would make my life so much easier! They are so closed to where I live. For meat I had to go all the way to Chapman St. Or else I would have been their regular costumer.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, made a huge mistake on flight booking. And we are the scapegoat. We were forced to pay 90£ for their mistake. Have no choice but take legal actions. It was his mistake and he denied it. I trusted him and he used me. His name is Ahmed Linton. Very rude staff.

Negative experience: Worse place on earth! Took deposit but wasn't able to deliver what was promised! Lied for 2 weeks and gave me the run around wasted my valuable time! Promised a package at a price they couldn't deliver! Would never recommend to anybody on planet earth! Would give 0 star if possible!!! They are cowboys and rogue traders who need to be taken out of business!!! Was hell dealing with these people!!!

Negative experience: Poor service, and charges you too much extra on top of the normal price of airplane tickets. Not to mention they are extremely unprofessional, not accepting Email as a mode of communication, and only wanting to use WhatsApp, avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Service is disgusting, the lady who works the no customer service experience what so ever she so rude slams the phone down, I sent money to Bangladesh money hasn't gone through rather then solving the problem she comes out with all sorts of exsuse and trying to defend herself, she has no manners, they are frauds. I will be contacting the fraud team.
