Positive experience: Seems pretty good but early days.

Negative experience: I was recommended by a friend to go with Atlas Travel for a recent holiday to Florida and must say, I've been very disappointed. Every step of the process was difficult and had problems. Serious lack of communication, prices coming back more expensive than going direct, over charging with payments made by card, trying to charge fees for using a credit card, other staff members not knowing anything about your booking. The icing on the cake was receiving an email from them telling me my flight home was going to be delayed - 10 days after we'd already arrived home! All in all a very poor service and I wouldn't recommend or use again.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Service - Carol Partington works 24/7 to make sure every last detail of your holiday will be covered. Thank you Carol for a fantastic holiday. We had a limited budget but found that through her efforts we managed to get our dream holiday. Once again many thanks.
