Negative experience: Guy working here is extremely rude and has a bad attitude problem. Didn't fix my phone but still charged me £50. Ridiculous

Negative experience: Don’t travel with them they are doing business in travelling but dont know about meal in flight they didnt tell me there is no meal and water in flight and flight time more than 10 hours i have three kids and all of them travelled without dingle drop of water and airline already mentioned to the agent that they dont offer meal but these guys they didnt tell me and my whole family suffered.

Negative experience: This A k travel Worldwide in Slough scam me stole my money ,refused to refund my money ,with their Agent Steve who works in A K travel has been covered by their manager who play the game and their Bank Barclays who protects them saying it’s a dispute , from September 2021 until now I’m waiting for my money and also been covered by Barclays Bank . I lost my money.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to those who serve visitors in this company.. It was an integrated trip, the coordination was excellent, the hotels excellent, and the supervisor brother in Makkah and Madinah was distinguished in his currency and a high degree of experience. Thanks once more.

Negative experience: DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS My flight got cancelled due to the pandemic issue last year and since then this company is refusing to refund the ticket which the airline has provided them with refund Vouchers. They keep making excuses and hanging up on me . Hope this review will open eyes for those who are willing to use their service in near future.My advice to those who wants go travel please book through airlines directly.

Negative experience: be careful when you book travel ticket through AK TRAVEL worldwide. These guys are fraudsters and scammers. We reserved our seat as they offer the cheapest tickets but the guy who took our money named zohaib is now not responding or picking up his phone or the AK travels itself. I was advised £50 will be refunded back within 2 days so we provided bank details but nothing deposited since last week. I enquired about these guys and turns out they are all based in pakistan and India. They have an office in Slough but upon finding it, its parmanently closed and never opens. We managed to track the owner but he's in on the scam and its his account that money gets recieved in. Be careful of these con artists!!!!! Hope this review will open eyes for those who are willing to use their service in near future.

Negative experience: Well be careful when you book travel ticket through them ,we reserved our seats through them from turkish Airlines and they asked for £10 pounds deposits .I found them online through FB , the guy who took our money named zohaib is now not responding or picking up his phone or the AK travels itself ,I was advised £10 will be refunded back within 2 days so we provided bank details but nothing deposited since last week .10 pounds is not a big amount but people be careful to these con artists as when I called them my call was picked by someone in India. Now since morning I tried zohaib who I found on FB and AK travels slough office no one picking up their phone. Fantastic experience: Arranged our umarah for group of 19, everything went smoothly with great hotels and service's. We had a fantastic time with a helpful agent on hand to ask questions when needed from AK travels. Totally recommend 100%.

Negative experience: saw other review on this page same thing happen to my kids thay travel Pakistan when thay were coming back from pakistan the one of my kid ticket was not exist so we bought new ticket on time paid £300 when i discuss to them thay deny to help me NEVER TRUST ON THEM
