Negative experience: Worst service ever ,I paid for 4 star hotel overbooked twice ended up in terrible hotel in back street slum avoid at all cost.

Positive experience: we had a wonderful time in Malta but the belleair holiday representative did not meet with us at all during our stay. He failed to turn up at the prearranged time and therefore we had to fend for ourselves without any guidance.
