Negative experience: Booked taxi with return. Return never arrived, operator kept putting phone down on me after promising they are around corner for 30 minutes.

Negative experience: 25 minutes late, no apology. Told when booked it was not to be late as going to work

Negative experience: Ordered a mini bus for 3 o'clock nearly a week in advance to get me to my wedding and it showed up at 10 past 4, rang up several times for them to just give me different times as to when he will be here. Then when he did turn up he went wrong way and took me to halfords despite him following a sat nav and mini bus was like a death trap with empty beer cans and kronenberg glasses rolling around floor. Made me nearly half hour late for my own wedding

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting, sits in taxi on street(in Nelson) at 8am every morning papping horn (i work nights) try getting out the car n knocking on door, nobody ever turns up and gets in taxi....

Negative experience: Absolute joke do not use at all waited 2 hours at airport then made us pay for parking aviod at all cost also when rang there said be there in 20 minutes then driver said he was rang from liverpool at the same time we rang them....

Negative experience: The worst taxi drivers in the world, dangerous and ignorant, pigs.

Fantastic experience: would recomend to anyone on time even though it was early morning pick up which as ladies on this bus we didnt need to hang about outside

Positive experience: After confirming the pickup time 3 times they still had it wrong, really poor communication between the operators and the drivers, I would confirm the bookings in writing if it is an important booking.
