Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional! Called to ask a simple question to be met by a rude individual making a snarky comment. Good luck with that business model.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and good knowledge. The consultants have access to good selections of deals on many different luxury holidays. They also have a wide selection of cruise offers. There are 3 desks with 2 clerks on average working. They offer flights, short and long haul packages as well as cruises. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a holiday.
