Fantastic experience: Mr S Stan was very helpful and made sure l the right options to secure the details

Positive experience: I did not get the ticket l paid my deposit for. However, when l did finally get a ticket it was much more than l had anticipated. The voucher l received if £200.00 could only be used for a later date. Alan and Amed were the two ticket advisers who tried to help me. Amex got me the ticket that would finally get me to my destination in time.

Fantastic experience: I had Daniel deal with my booking and it all was a pleasant experience. I don't normally write reviews and this is the first time I have written one and the reason is because of how Daniel was able to re-book another flight for me when i missed my flight with the same airline on the same day for just £150. It mean that I was able to catch my connection flight and he upgraded my seat to premium economy.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time i used Flightclicks. I saw a competitive price and paid £200 deposit using my credit card.I was then contacted by Sebastian who told me that the airline had increased the price to which I said I was not happy. Sebastian explained that it was not his fault and would try to help. In the end he managed to get me on the same flight and managed to secure me some vouchers as compensation. I was really worried, but Sebastian always reassured me that everything would be ok. He always answers the phone or calls back. I would consider using them again

Fantastic experience: I called Flight Clicks Ltd and asked if there was a cheap flight going to my said destination and Daniel who was very helpful and patience assisted me to find one upon my request and found a flight under 900.00I was asked to pay 100.00 pounds as a deposit and the remaining balance to be paid on the said date but there was a big problem on the day of payment the full amount as I was told that the airline that I choose for booking I can only have like a hand language at first I asked him is these a joke or is these a scam but Daniel calmly said no Ma’am there was just a changed he explained. Daniel was so apologetic and told me that he will try his best to help me out to sort this problem. Daniel found a flight for me one day earlier from the original schedule.when I received my flight number and E-ticket I said hopefully this is real. Daniel deserves 5 stars of helping me out to booked my flight and even gives me a Voucher of compensation to be use on my next flight for any Airline ticket. Negative experience: They are scammers, no one should book tickets from this people they are scammers, they will give you juicy deals and ask you to make a deposit of £70 to secure the flight ticket for you, after you make the deposit they will come back in few days and tell you the ticket you paid for there have been some changes so they will make another deal for you, which is a bit higher than what you initially made a deposit for. Then when you tell them you are no longer interested, so they should refund your money they will then say stories. They are fraudster Thieves

Negative experience: Scammers at their finest. I had to travel urgently for a family emergency and was drawn in by their supposedly cheaper prices. Mazz convinced me to pay a £100 deposit to secure my booking, and I felt relieved to have taken that step. However, when I didn’t receive a booking reference right away, I decided to look up the company, only to be overwhelmed by negative reviews. I truly wish I had done my research beforehand. When I called Mazz again, he reassured me not to let the negative reviews concern me, claiming it was their responsibility to keep the agreed price. The following day, when I reached out to ask about the booking reference so I could check with the airline, I was shocked to hear that I needed to pay an additional £190 due to a sudden increase in taxes—just 17 hours after our initial conversation. Frustratingly, they refused to refund my deposit. It's truly disheartening to feel exploited, especially when dealing with something so personal as travelling for a family emergency. Don't get lured by the promises they make for cheap tickets. They are liars, deceitful, and ruthless towards other people's financial situation. Their business thrives on the deposits they scam from customers!

Negative experience: Please don’t use fligjclick agent, they are not reliable, dishonest , if you use them and took the deposit you will never get it back, they offer you cheap flight and they took the money to themselves not to the airline, they have done to me and I contacted the airline and the was no booking and I have to book it with them with another agent. Negative experience: Scammers fraud be alert, I booked ticket for £734 they took deposit from my credit card then later evening rang me and said this ticket not available anymore and mentioned other ticket on higher price £894 is available which i agreed to buy. They ask me to pay bank transfer rather then credit card which I refused then account dept ring and said we will take payment tomorrow three days i chased them then they said that ticket not available either and other ticket are more expensive and they happy to refund send us email to process refund which I did and since then neither they refund my money nor replying my emails. I contact my bank now for this fraud.

Negative experience: This agency or the agent is a scam. Don't ever deal with them. They asked me for a £70 deposit which I gave and said they booked the flight I wanted. They rang and told me after 2 days that the flight and booking had changed to a 40-hour flight and if I wanted another airline., I was pissed off. My money was not refunded. Scammer go to hell…. I booked with another agency and there are still lots of space for the same flight, date and time I gave them.

They trick people into making a deposit for a flight ticket that does not exist, and will give you a date to pay the balance in which they will increase the price of the ticket from the initial price. Negative experience: Do not deal with this company. They are a bunch of crooks. They advertise cheap tickets and lure you to pay £100 as a deposit with a promise to confirm the ticket one week later. The day comes and they tell you there was a problem from the airline and the ticket cannot be confirmed. The whole intent is to steal your deposit. It’s a form of advance fee fraud and I will be taking up this case with the relevant authorities. One again, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They also sponsor reviews so don’t be fooled.

Negative experience: I booked with them at 6pm with a £50 deposit. They wanted 100 said they will hold the flight. I then read the reviews warning about changes to flight due to flight issues. By the next day 10am it had gone up. By 5pm the fare was £1600. Originally £980. No refund and super rude. Contact your bank straight away as a fraud

They falsely advertise cheaper flights and tell you to pay a deposit before they can give you the flight, They will steal your deposit and you will be left without a flight. You don't have time to check the fine print as its a rush to get you to pay the deposit to hold the flight and its price. They never book the flight and tell you to call back to pay the remaining ballance. Don't be a fool and do it as they will steal even more money from you. When you ask for a refund they tell you they only give £20 back and a Gift card from the airline which is a lie. They ask you to reply to a email saying process my refund and this is a way they can get out of paying you back the full amount. The banks can't do anything as they say you should of read the fine print. TRUST ME CHOOSE ANOTHER COMOANY OR BETTER STILL BOOK DIRECT WITH THE FLIGHT COMOANY AS YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS.

Negative experience: **AVOID** - Reporting them to Trading Standards. These guys have a scam where they offer you a really good deal, you pay 10% deposit and when it comes time to pay the balance that deal has gone and they try to switch you to another airline. In my case I booked a direct flight on BA, and today they are trying to switch me to an indirect flight with KLM and wonder why I am not happy about it. The reason they gave is that the BA flight is full, which is a lie as I have now booked the same flight directly with BA and they have seats available. My advice is stay well clear of these scammers, they will waste your time and end up costing you more. I wish I had read the numerous reviews about them doing the same thing to others before dealing with them. Am now passing onto my solicitors to deal with.

Positive experience: I initially booked a few months prior and paid some deposit. When it was time to pay the balance, there were some issues with the ticket but I was offered a better option. Danish and Mustafa were very helpful. I just hope that the e-voucher offered as a compensation will be useable. I think there has been an improvement in their service in recent times. I will be updating this review once I am able to use the e-voucher.

Negative experience: Anyone who wants to cancel a flight with these guys, I advise you to be very careful, they don't give you full details. I have spoken to them, they tell me that my tickets for me and my children are flexible, so be very careful. They told me that my tickets are flexible tickets, and I can change the date for any period, but these flexible tickets have been set to attract people so that people buy tickets from them. But I checked with the airline themselves, and they said that my tickets are a saver, I can't change them when I came to tell the agent to give me a confirmation email if my tickets are flexible tickets, they said that they don't give it to me because of rules and regulations why. they are misleading me, plus there is a language barrier. I am here with my children and I didn't want to stay here until 17 I want to change the date and leave before school opens now and they are trying to pretend they have the right to change the date and I have to pay the fare differently which they didn't tell me before. and my tickets are saver and not flexible tickets, flexible tickecks for them, and for emirate are saver tickects, you can't change or change anything, it's a scam, be careful

Negative experience: Stay far from this sort of agency, it’s a fraud, they proposed a price and then addressing technical issues with the airline company they charged me double. They offered a premium economy but at the airport I have found out my Ticket was a simple economy. They offered me a voucher saying that was accepted by every airline company and was issued by Air France to apologise for the issues. I call Air France they have no idea what I was talking about. My bank is working on cancelling the credit Transfer. Definitely to avoid!

Positive experience: It’s my first time using flight click, I put a deposit for my flights but on the day for the final payment, I was told that the segment has been changed by the airline, therefore the price has gone up! I asked for a refund but was told that I can only get 30% of what I paid the rest was in form of a voucher, which was sucks. After a long discussion with the agent I was put through Hassan who was from accounts dept. Hassan explained to me some options, but none were working for me. Negative experience: Hmmm what can I say about this company .. they are all liars to their teeth especially the one called Omar. I booked a flight to Accra in Feb 2024 which unfortunately in using them the price worked out to be more expensive than on the British Airways website, Omar then promised me a voucher which he said can be used for any airline or I can apply for cash back on the day of my flight. On the day of my flight nobody in the company bothered to listen to me and I was told I needed to speak to Omar since he was the one who issued the voucher. Off course he was not in that day. The voucher is just a way to placate you. British Airways do not accept this voucher and I doubt if it works on other airlines as well.

I went to their website, so I visit their location only to find that the building is closed down with a notice of forfeiture on the door. Real scam artist hiding behind a call centre. Negative experience: If there are a way to give zero star, I would have done it, these Fligt Cliks are horrible people, I purchased a ticket with them paid in full both two checked in logged but the deceived me and booked me with only one logge, I have to pay big amount of money for my logge coming back to the UK. Negative experience: Be very careful. The cheap deals they advertise are a scam. I ended up paying 325 pounds more than what I initially was quoted. They promised a voucher for the difference which i have not received so far and nobody has acknowledged my email about this and it has been three days since.i feel cheated. I do not want to give any star at all but cannot leave a review unless I choose a star. The staff were polite and seemed to want to help but I now feel it is all part of the scam.

Positive experience: I did not get my bookings for the flight I made the deposit for. And I was not offered the option to make full payment hence my flight was not booked immediately. That cost me more than the fare I was initially offered. Quite disappointed though, but Agent Omar offered me a voucher for which I am happy about. At least that would manage the increase in fare.
