Negative experience: Terrible service. If you have the option to use something else in your company, do it. They are incapable to manage simple things, as change a flight. Fantastic experience: Highest level of customer service I’ve ever received, and it’s the consistency of the customer service at Click Travel that really amazes me. Negative experience: Unable to get through to an agent (ever). They do not offer a facility to pass on my contact details to say the hire car company, and thus the only communication channel is through Click Travel which is far from frictionless. I've just turned up to collect a car for 400 mile round trip and they only have vans available. Apparently they've been trying to contact me...Highly annoying and totally avoidable.

Fantastic experience: Work has switched to click this year from Expedia and I think it's a huge improvement. Whenever I've needed to speak to anyone for help so far they've been amazing, I think the platform is better, and the way they set up room allowances for expenses and bill backs far superior to before.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless - inefficient and unnecessary third party booker. They said my ticket had been taken by someone else (it hadn't) resulting in me having to purchase again. Were unable to help other than say I need to go through some convoluted refund process - not great when stranded at a platform.

Having personally investigated your complaint I’m disappointed that you have decided to leave this review as I understand from our call records that you were aware that one of your colleagues had collected all of the tickets and was in possession of them and our agent explained this to you on the call. Unfortunately if tickets have already been printed/collected they cannot be reprinted. We were not able to issue a duplicate set of tickets for you without a request from your travel booker so our agent gave the best advice he could under the circumstances, to purchase a new ticket at the station to get you on your way as quickly as possible. We are always here to help however we are able to.

Negative experience: Don’t use click travel. Book through them for 2 nights hotel stay. They sent through the confirmation which I printed. Arrived at the hotel and was told the card had been declined it’s now been two hours with the poor receptionist being taken in circles over the phone by this despicable company. Still waiting. Speaking to colleagues this is a common occurrence. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CURCUMSTANCES If I could rate with less than one star I would have.
