Negative experience: Booked my flight on my request. And advised me to renew my passport before I go away which is 30th march. For which I had put down £400 deposit. However they didn’t give me the receipt. A week later when I tried to cancel the flight for personal reasons. They asked me where is my receipt, upon which I told them they hadn’t given me one. So they accused me of taking responsibility of getting one from them. And yet after booking the flight I sat down in ther office for good 10 minutes because I was getting my passport ready for posting at the post office across the road. They were charging me £300 cancellation charge. And when I asked them, how was this made up. They just shrugged their shoulders to say this is the charge. Instead of explaining that what was airline cancellation and what was their administration charge. Very rude and very unprofessional. I don’t think I will be going there even if I have to pay little bit more.. This is why, it made me think why they don’t take credit cards.
