Fantastic experience: The hop on off bus gave us a great overview of Belfast. Also proved useful to get out of the rain until it passed. Went around a couple of times. We were lucky to have a great driver who stopped at peace wall to talk more about the troubles & to take photos and sign the wall.

Positive experience: Nice tour because you get to see a lot, however the stops at each point are far too short. Often just a quick in and out to take a photo. Our guide was very nice and funny. You do spend a lot of time on the bus, but you also get to see a lot of beautiful Irish landscape. Departure was around 9:00 AM and we returned around 6:00 PM. Organization was good, price also.

Positive experience: Beautiful drive, but the lunch was a prearranged thing between the tour company and the establishment. Not a bad lunch, but not a good value. Didn’t hear very much about the landscape as we were passing. I think a private tour would’ve been worth the extra money.

Fantastic experience: Dropped off my luggage here after being caught in the rain! Caitlin (I hope I spelt your name right) was very helpful and even provided me with some tissues to clean my glasses. Such a lovely and friendly woman! Will be back again in the future!

Negative experience: Having really enjoyed the tour previously, I was keen to share with family and recommended we do it again. The guys that run the commentary and drive the buses are great, however if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to interact with customer services, then good luck. You can't get past the person you'd like to make a complaint about as there are no names or contacts listed anywhere - which presumably is for this exact reason. Rude, obstructive, dishonest and pushy... If only Customer Services were blessed with the same expertise, charm & wit as the drivers

Fantastic experience: The team were amazing and very helpful. We dropped our bags off at the shop office and Lisa and Christophe were both so helpful in all our enquiries, questions and concerns. They helped us organise a taxi when it was proving difficult to sort and we were stuck for moving around with all our luggage. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very well arranged trip to the Giant couseway.. Lisa and Stephan were very nice informative and making a 9-hour trip memorable and not-boring.. on the wayback to Belfast (1.5 hours). Lisa did extramile by making connection with all pessangers individually and asked if we had questions. But if you just wanna sleep on the way back, she's okay and not offended. thanks to them as a local.. so the commentaries were informative. Se also put some jokes. I will do it again if I jave the chance to go back to Northern Ireland.

Positive experience: It was a generally pleasant day tour to Giant Causeway and find a little traces of Game of Thrones. The amazing guide and drive Stuart has made the trip immaculate. However, the stop at the dark hedge was a complete waste of time. DO NOT get the buffet there as they’ll be the worst food you have in N.Ireland. And the tree line itself is just a giant broccoli. There was a 30 minute stop at Bushmills gift shop. Of course we didn’t do the whiskey tasting as I wouldn’t down a few whiskey in such time then walk in Giant Causeway. We were hold up by the parade on the way back so a wee delay but watching and understanding the parade in N.Ireland is a plus on this trip. Anyhow, it’s still worths it as they take you along the coast and seeing the hills with no fuss. That said, I will go for a 2nd trip myself just for the giant causeway because that could easily be a 6-8 hours stop instead of 2.

Fantastic experience: We got to see the sights we had planned to see on our own and more from the comfort of a coach with great commentary along the way. If you book online make sure you check-in at the shop at the meeting point before going to the actual bus. If it's bad weather definitely need some form of wet weather gear for the Causeway experience.

Negative experience: Be on time. They don't warn you when there is work, where the bus leaves from. The bus leaves 5 minutes before departure time. The price for the day is quite expensive and their refund policy is not optimal.

Negative experience: Hi used this company to travel to Taylor Swift concert with my two young daughters 28/6/24 , driver dropped us off on road side 20 minutes from venue , no contact number , no set destination to return to bus , came out of concert in dark , couldn’t find bus , left us abandoned in Dublin , very distressed and very upset , disgrace , please don’t use this service if you have any sense

Fantastic experience: We did the tour to the Giant's Causeway incl. GoT locations that started at 9.00. We left on time and had plenty of comfort stops incl. restroom facilities along the way. We also did a lunch stop at the Dark Hedges where they had a buffet with enough food to choose from. Our tour guide Ronny and driver Thomas were funny and made the tour really interesting to listen to. We didn't have great weather (drizzle all day), but it was lovely nonetheless. We left the Giant's Causeway at 16.30 and made it back to Belfast around 18.00, also on time. Would definitely recommend if you want a tour of great nature spots in Northern Ireland!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved our experience. We took the Causeway/GoT tour and it was WELL worth the money. Only €25 for a FULL day and many many stops, as well as commentary from our amazing guide Stuart. For the entire day (over 8 hours!) he had constant information, stories, jokes, and facts that helped us get to know Northern Ireland. Without a doubt the best tour I have ever been on and definitely best value for money. Highly highly recommend! Thanks Stuart for the amazing and memorable day!

Fantastic experience: Louis and Noel did a grand job. Excellent and smooth driving by Noel, entertaining and educational commentary from Louis. I thought he handled the Troubles with sensitivity and empathy. The team also made sure everyone on board was safe and could see and hear clearly. Highly recommended for an overview of the lovely city of Belfast.

Negative experience: We are very dissatisfied with the service. Contrary to what the advertisement says, there is no translation. The only language is English. The bus frequency is insufficient and random. The stops mentioned on the provided map are not all accurate and some are missing. No schedule given. We have experienced much better in other cities. The only positive point is the kindness of the drivers.

Loved the sprinkle of game of thrones stuff too. The coach was comfortable. No charging ports on the coach I was on if that’s something you like to know.

Fantastic experience: If you come to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway tour is a must-see. The value for money is excellent given that the bus stops at many locations (Carrickfergus, Bushmills, The Dark Hedge, ...).

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed a trip to the Giants causeway a few days ago, Stuart our driver was amazing. So informative, I take my hat off to anyone that can remember that many facts whilst driving. Fantastic value for money. 9 hour trip but went so quickly as it was non stop seeing different things. My 8 year old loved it and thought Stuart was very funny. I cannot recommend this highly enough, it is a must do if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We had an Absolute blast, there were six of us travelling. We didn't know what to expect or what to do in Belfast, so we booked the tour and it was excellent! Bus Driver and Tour guide Dave, was funny and informative. He had a wealth of knowledge and plenty of jokes to boot. Made the drive fun and engaging, it was great fun to explore the northern Ireland, check out the causeway, learn the folklore and see the Bushmill Distillery!

Negative experience: Used this company to go Gleneagles Hotel Killarney since they started. Xmas package 2022 went service ,food ,hotel room, management at hotel awful complained to hotel and ticket tour office they dont care got bacon so pink it was still running around pen plate burnt my hand didn't care had neck to say I refused a doctor never offered had move room 3 times food threw down in front of you. THIS IS A 4* HOTEL DON'T KNOW HOW THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY IGNORE YOU. Complained ticket tour office they passed buck to hotel believed them over me won't be recommending them to anyone or hotel ALOT MORE HAPPENED WOULD BE HERE ALL DAY WRITING

Fantastic experience: We went to the Harry Styles concert at Slane Castle, County Meath, by coach yesterday. The coach was organised by Irish Tour Tickets. It was extremely well organised. The coach driver Andrew, was very caring especially when one of the passengers became unwell. He ensured she was well looked after and was returned home safely. Andrew remained very professional despite some persistent, negative comments from one of the passengers.

Everything was explained perfectly and were informed how long we had to spend at all the different places we visited. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant day out, Stewart absolutely made the trip Super knowledgeable about game of thrones which is great for me as I could discuss it with him in more detail My partner hasn't seen it but after the tour he can't wait to watch it We had just the right amount of time in each destination and even though some ruined it by turning up late back from one of the stops with coffees in hand it still didn't effect the rest of the stops we had planned Generally gutted for him as he explained he likes to dress up the game of thrones room in the pub yet a group of 7 chose to sit in their even though they had an allocated table in the restaurant so that was a shame as he clearly enjoys doing that part and we looked forward to seeing it but none the less we got some good photos Once our little girl gets a bit more mobile and my partner's watched game of thrones we will definitely being doing the trip again but we will be calling ahead to make sure we get the day stewart is on! Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. This company basically saved my families trip here! We only went in initially to use their luggage storage and ended up booking the hop on hop off tour with Lisa who was so lovely :) for the next day we had already booked in a trip with another supplier, who cancelled it an hour before we were due to depart. Once again Lisa to the rescue! She had just enough spaces left and even though half of our family weren't there yet for the trip departure time as the previous one started later, she reassured us, we all made it and we made it on our trip with seconds to spare! Troy our tour guide/ driver was also amazing! Took extra care with my sister who got travel sick and kept checking in on her and was so personable with everyone on his coach. Honestly can't recommend using this company enough! Thank you everyone ❤️

Even though the day was long, and the tour was slightly longer than expected, he did not neglect to show us the city of Belfast, kudos for this professionalism, it's appreciated. Stuart, our guide, was the sort of guy you could listen to for hours and told plenty of great stories and jokes. Absolutely a must do activity and for what you get the price is a bargain!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went on the Giants Causeway tour. Due to recent events it also incorporated some Game of Thrones locations. Tickets were only £16 per person and were well worth the money. We left at 9am and got back at 5.45pm with our driver, David, keeping us entertained throughout - even when the mist was so thick we could not see anything. As well as lots of laughs there was a touching moment as he spoke about his grandma as we passed through her village waving at her in the window. Book tickets, you won't regret it!

Negative experience: We went there to buy tickets for the hop on hop off. It was raining heavily. In hindsight, there were half-open buses and fully enclosed buses. Since we got off halfway through the tour, we had to transfer at stop 1. Fortunately, we initially had a half-open bus so I could still take some photos outside in the rain, and we could still see enough through the windows. In the fully enclosed bus, the windows were full of condensation and you could hardly see anything... They should have mentioned that at the ticket sales, then we could have waited for a half-open bus. The route was also shortened by 40 minutes. No discount or reduced price for the next time. A bit disappointing... The guides for the hop on hop off were all nice.
