When I needed to amend the name on one of the third party flights she managed to do this for me without any additional charge. I feel very well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from the holiday of a lifetime in Orlando , 9 of us, 3 generations aged from 4 to 62 and would like to express our thanks to Bernice and the team at the derby tui shop. Our package was quite complicated with car hire, villa, Disney and universal tickets so there were a lot of moving parts and as something of a control freak I wanted to know how they would all work and be sure that we were doing all of the right things . So we were quite high maintenance and the tui team were great at making sure everything was in place, making multiple calls where necessary. As a result everything worked like clockwork and we had a brilliant time. Thanks again Geoff and family

Fantastic experience: Wouldn’t book my holidays anywhere else. The ladies here were so friendly and helpful. We came in not knowing exactly where we wanted to go and the lady that served us advised where was hot for the time of year and went through several hotels making sure we got exactly what we wanted.
