Fantastic experience: Went to COOP Travel on Saturday to try and book a little sunshine. The assistant, Michael, was very helpful. In just a short time we are all booked, paperwork all printed out, including boarding cards. And you get COOP points too.

Fantastic experience: Had excellent service. We saw Geoff initially when we booked our holiday to New York. In follow up visits we have dealt with Rebecca. She has been superb, and so friendly. Both of them have been so helpful and a credit to the Co-op.

Positive experience: Went to co-op travel today to look to book a holiday for usa we already had a price so we sat down with a rep called Jeff we showed him our quote so he looked to see what he could do on the computer but it kept crashing so he rang on the phone to see what they could do they took over an hour to answer so in the mean time he went on mobile he spoke to someone gave them all the information and in the end they came up with the same holiday alot cheaper so we booked many thanks to Jeff who went above and beyond to everything for us it what just ashame it was the computer's that took so long thank-you again Jeff.

Negative experience: went to buy a holiday showing £856 in the window printed off price £956 ask why it had gone up told they had not updated the window even so they were not busy

Negative experience: Wow they certainly can sand sand th the F ing arabs. Hotel caleta apartments fuetureventura is absolutely disgusting, rooms, food, hotel so bad its unbelievable. Do they vet the hotels they sell? First night and had to come out to eat as the food is not fit for our dog
