Fantastic experience: We went into the Tui store to sort an issue with our holiday booking - booked online via the app. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! The in-store agent, Chloe, and the store manager, Demetria, went above and beyond to resolve the issue and we came away feeling very valued as Tui customers. Highly recommend using this store rather than online!

Negative experience: Zero accountability. You have 24 hours to check what they send you actually corresponds to what you have discussed and think you are buying from they have misled you to believe. If you realise after 24 hours they'll wash their hands of you and leave you out of pocket and with a disaster booking. Be very careful, wish I'd been warned of the poor care and screw the customer small print.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what would i do without Robyn, she is great, so helpful, friendly and gave the best advice. Booked an amazing holiday with Robyn and she helped going through loads of different destinations, and gave so much information on the destination and what would be best for me. will always go back to her to book any other holidays in the future !!!

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Lorraine at Northampton store in changing our Asia cruise that was cancelled due to the Red Sea conflict to another cruise. She contacted the TUI Cruise Team to make the changes and my god, she has the patience of a saint as it took her 1.5 hours on the phone to them to get it changed! Even then she had to complete some booking tasks herself as the Cruise Team couldn’t! As there was a technical issue with booking the seats on the plane, she suggested we came back in 30 minutes to see if she was able to do it. We returned in 45 minutes and Lorraine had stuck with it and managed to get a result for us. Impressed with Lorraine as she had to endure the Cruise Team cutting her off on the phone and not calling her back, having to ring them again for the phone to go dead and then finally speaking to someone who took so long. The staff in the store are friendly, professional, patient and efficient but the Cruise Team who undertake the changes seem rather inefficient.

Fantastic experience: I went there for the first time to I don't know, learn about it? I met loads of friendly people. One of the people who work there tought me at Noah Ark's, when I was very, very, young. I didn't even recognise it at first! I wore a red t-shirt.

Fantastic experience: We had an appointment with Robyn last Sunday the 28th January. Robyn was fantastic, made me and my mum feel so at ease with the whole process. Took us through different options on hotels and explained differences in board types. Even when we decided on a holiday, Robyn confirmed and made all details clear before us making payment. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and enjoys her job as she was very enthusiastic! I would Defiantely recommend and will be coming back!!!

She could tell us exactly what the hotel was like and the neighbouring hotels, towns and cities. Told us about the injections and visa requirements needed and also the airport lounges. I could tell that Robyn was passionate about her job role and our experience. We felt really confident in booking the holiday once Robyn had given us all of the information required. Lorraine who dealt with our bookings could not have been more helpful. Made us think why we ever book online when the face to face service and outcomes are so much more personal and effective.

Fantastic experience: Went into tui northampton today with an issue with my holiday , and asked to speak to the manager, she is the deputy manger and her name is Mel and I'm so glad she was there absolutely lovely young lady , who actually listened to the problem which is so refreshing in this day and age . Within a few hours she rang my wife and gave us options which resolved the problem. We thank Mel, and will be returning next year to book another holiday , so tui hold on to this lady she is going places . No pun intended. Thank you Mel xxxx

Fantastic experience: “Davina is the best”..….That’s the feeling you have when your travel agent goes the extra mile to not only find you the right holiday but works tirelessly for hours to get you the best value deals on offer. But it’s not just Davina, the store is full of helpful assistants all with the same work ethic… I can say the same for Jenny and Joseph too and before them the excellent team at the now closed Daventry store…All who have in the last 5 years looked after us so well and made sure we made happy holiday memories… Thank you Tui..

Fantastic experience: I went in today and I spoke to a lovely lady called Kathryn. Kathryn listened to me and advised me of places for myself my 2 children and my mum. Kathryn offered us drinks and explained everything even including my 9 year old daughter. We have booked to go on our first family holiday in a quiet area of Ibiza all inclusive in April. Fantastic experience: As we were having difficulty amending our holiday, I made numerous visits to Tui Northampton and Joseph was the most helpful person I have come across in a long while, nothing was too much trouble for Joseph we changed our minds a couple of times while trying to amend a holiday for a large group of people, finally we found a holiday but had a pricing problem Joseph stepped up and sorted things out, I would definitely recommend booking your holiday in person in the store and want to thank Joseph for all his help and cheerful nature
