Negative experience: Absolutely useless. No wonder travel agents are a dying breed, you're better off booking yourself a holiday online than to use this travel agents. They don't know their ass from their elbows at this place. If you're not happy with the 'service' that they have provided you they will do nothing to help or correct the situation. Bloody useless - steer clear!!
