Fantastic experience: Top service! Speedy responses. Fab!!!

Fantastic experience: Gave Susan what I thought was an impossible task of finding an All Inclusive break in the sun for £1k! She came back with 6 choices and this one didn’t disappoint. Sergios Hotel in Crete is listed as a 3* but don’t let that put you off. Very clean hotel with friendly multilingual staff. Good very good and a huge selection, just be careful if you have allergies, some desserts had surprising nut contents. Hotel is situated on a busy main road between and above shops, but it goes a long way back and we never heard any road noise at all. In fact, the noise came from the cleaners who started at 7:30 every morning! Beds a very good size, room adequate, just could do with some rearranging of the bathroom making it a wet room rather than the silly shower cubical. The pictures of the pool area on the website are out of date, the area is much bigger! Towels are available to hire each day. Beach is a short walk and plenty of loungers for hire. Beaches are sandy, but there are lots of rocks once in the sea, beach shoes would be a good idea. Great for snorkelling. Plenty of excursions available. Also plenty of bars and restaurants should you decide to eat/drink away from the hotel. The hotel is all inclusive, however they only serve local alcohol, but you can purchase premium drinks should you wish, also all inclusive drinks stop between 23:00-01:00. Hotel would benefit from somewhere comfortable to lounge around when waiting for pick up. TV in the room didn’t have any English channels so if you want to veg out in your room for a bit, might be worth downloading on your devise before going. Neighbouring villages up the hill are worth a visit (walk) for a more authentic part of Greece. But if you want to go further afield there are hire cars, quads, buggies and bike companies everywhere! We had great communication from Susan from booking to going. Had a text with pick up information for our return and everything was very easy. Was a very nice break in a lovely location.

Fantastic experience: Amazing break at Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso and Spa in Sardinia. Susan got this absolutely spot on for us we couldnt have asked for more. It was our first break with our 3 month old son so it was an experience for us as new parents! We had a perfect quiet villa on the grounds of a resort which had everything we needed on the doorstep from swimming pool, sandy beaches and restaurants. There were quiet little sun lounger platforms which meant we could relax and not feel like we were disturbing anyone around the peaceful poolside setting which was ideal! The staff were so helpful and Susan had all the answers we needed with regards to checking in (done for us) and sorting the extra luggage that comes with a baby! Thanks Susan for helping us make amazing happy memories on our first holiday as a family.

Fantastic experience: Excellent travel service from Susan that got me away for a few days with a friend - good value, no hassle, top notch communication and and managed to secure upgraded rooms for us as a bonus - would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing hotel for the family, we told Sue what we needed for the 10 of us at different ages. The hotel we went to was amazing and the rooms were incredible. Thank you sue amazing service so highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Susan was great. She was very understanding and very helpful with all the issues we had regarding the dates of the holiday. She was very patient with helping us with any questions or issues we had and she picked a great hotel for us. The prices were also excellent especially around the time we went. I would definitely recommend her and I would definitely be booking a holiday through her in the future

I have always found her to have great knowledge, is extremely professional and personable, takes time to understand your requirements and responds quickly with options.

Fantastic experience: Have used Susan twice now, first time for our honeymoon to Santorini last year and this year to Tenerife. She makes it so easy and stress free. After a brief chat she will send over any ideas and get a feel for what you are after then you can personalise as needed until you have the perfect holiday. Everything arrives in the post before you leave. The perfect stress-free way to book a holiday and would definitely recommend.

Susan was very patient with our pickiness and really thought about our needs and wants with our holiday. We were so grateful for her help in finding a wonderful resort for our family holiday, for sending the holiday pack with the necessary holiday paperwork, for reassuring us that she could be contacted if necessary and for following up with us on our return to make sure we had a lovely holiday.
