Negative experience: This store has terrible communication, they will spam you if they need something urgently. Yet if you need them no one answers or wants to help you. If you have transfers with your booking make sure the person is not incompetent and actually puts your child down as a child not an adult, and let's you know you will need to take a child seat. Otherwise you will have to pay for a service you won't receive and pay more to get to the airport

Fantastic experience: Booked my holiday with Rebecca today, so helpful and friendly! The best experience I have had using a travel agency. Rebecca downloaded the app, added my booking and talked me through it - even showing me where to find my coach pick up times and number. Booked an appointment to go back in March to book my excursions. Thank you Rebecca! Count down begins!!

Laura has been most helpful in finding me some fantastic locations and at a great price too. My last holiday was to the Maldives and it was just perfect. Fantastic experience: Really helpful staff in this store. Have been using this branch to book holidays with TUI for a number of years and have always found them to be helpful and able to match website offers instore as well as providing an excellent knowledge of destinations on offer. Claire was excellent and extremely helpful with making a booking today. Situated on the high street with car parks with free 2 hour parking nearby.
