Hays Travel Plymouth

Negative experience: I have just been to this store to purchase some Euros, I was informed by the seller that I will have a Guarantee Buy Back which I was happy with, but what they failed to tell me that it would cost £3.95, this is a terrible way to do business and I would be grateful of a refund. Please be aware of this SCAM. (Name supplied if required)

Fantastic experience: My nan visited hays today to exchange for euros and was served by a gentleman called Ben. She has just phoned me and will not stop talking about how helpful and friendly he was. So, thank you to Ben for helping my nan out today :)

Fantastic experience: Paige was amazing. After searching on every website for hours comparing every flight, location, dates and board type I thought we had no hope of going away. Paige altered the search to what we wanted and checked price comparisons between dates and length of stay. She found us a great deal we couldn't say no to. It was nice to have someone who didn't steer us to the 'most expensive' but instead to something that met every need of ours. Wouldn't hesitate to drive another 1.5hours for that customer service when we book future holidays. Paige was fantastic, but every other agent in the shop sounded very professional, fair and unbiased when talking to their customers.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful informative staff who strive to make your holiday experience the best possible. I spoke to Elisha at the Plymstock branch who was just amazing. I also book holidays with the lovely ladies at the Plymouth branch, Atlanta and Jess are super girls who go above and beyond for their customers.
