Fantastic experience: All the staff were friendly we went to have a look at a holiday nothing was to much trouble we changed our minds a few times and the staff member Russell couldn’t go above and beyond any more then he did. Russell explained everything to us made it so much easier to deal with. Thank you to all the staff especially Russell

Fantastic experience: We popped in on Saturday to book our honeymoon. We've not used a travel agent before and normally book ourselves but so glad we did for this occasion. Roy was incredibly helpful, had knowledge on lots of places and we ended up booking somewhere we didn't initially think of, and nicer than the places we were finding on our own. We weren't rushed, there was no hard sell and Roy found us exactly what we wanted despite us not giving him much to go on (sorry!). Would highly recommend this branch and we've already spoke about booking our next few holidays through Hays.
