Fantastic experience: I booked through Skye trail and she was incredible - couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me! She was so attentive and had great customer service, will definitely be asking for her next time I book through TUI.

Fantastic experience: This is our very first TUI booking so we decided to visit the store in person. We had lots of questions about booking our holiday to Morocco. Kimberley soon put us all at ease and after answering all our queries, she then booked a TUI Blue hotel, flights, airport parking, lounge and advised what currency to take with us. She then went through all the excursions available and took a very small deposit. For the whole hour we were at the store we did not feel pressurized and was quite impressed with her knowledge, plus she matched the online price.

Fantastic experience: We called in the Tui store in Plymouth today with a view to seeing what cruises they could offer. They made us coffee and said we would be seen soon, in less then the time it took to make it,we where introduced to a young lady called Maia. She listened to us intently and was soon pulling up options that met our requirements. Her interpersonal skills were polished and she was very skilful in explaining what was being shown on her computer and the options. Maia talked us through every aspect of the holiday and costs, price matching online offers. We booked a great cruise and came away impressed by such an excellent service delivered by skillfull and delightful Maia. We will book again with then store.

There was no pressure to pay more than we wanted to spend and we weren’t rushed to make a decision. Very happy with our choice to go in-store and book rather than just book on-line and Maia matched the on-line discounted price as well!

The lovely Cheniece did all our booking, and arranged everything for us. She’s very helpful and lovely and friendly as are all the staff in there. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were delighted last year with TUIs Michelle in Plymouth. She is always very helpful and professional. So much so that we have booked 2 holidays for 2024 and for 2025!! So nice to have a human voice and friendly face in store and not negotiate the web when trying to book a holiday. Fantastic experience: We are lucky to have travelled the world for the last 35 years as independent travellers and wanted to continue our journeys at (77 and 83) years old but wanted some assistance. We could not have been luckier than ringing the store and speaking to Stacy at Canterbury her professional advice given to us was outstanding,and attention to detail excellent. We have never travelled with Tui before,and after renewing our passports for another ten years and with Stacy's help hopefully we will continue in the future to travel. With Stacy's patience and attention to detail( very rare these days) we booked our first holiday with Tui.She was pleasant,and shop was busy but she gave us all her attention.Hold on to her she is an asset to Tui and all who are fortunate to come in contact with her.

Fantastic experience: I went to Tui with no idea where I wanted to go. I sat with Maia and 2 hours later I booked my holiday. Maia was very patient, she made me 2 cups of coffee and she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I didn't even know I wanted. Maia was very professional, friendly and polite and if I was ever going to book another holiday I would ask for Maia again. I'm off to a Greek island with my family.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been using TUI since 2019 when we lost are holiday when Thomas Cook went bust, and as a disabled wheelchair person it was worrying going to a new travel agent, but Livia put are mind to rest and pulled out all the stops and made sure there was no problems from Bristol Airport to the boarding with the amulift on the plane and also sorted out when we landed at are destination. Since then we’ve had 3 more holiday. We are now dealing with Hannah in the TUI Plymouth store, she is a wealth of knowledge and there is no rushing thing, she goes at your speed to make sure you have the holiday you want at the right price and now we are on the system it’s easy to cross reference thing from you previous holidays to you new holiday. We are off to Turkey in September ‘23 and just booked Sharm for May/June ‘24. If you are disable or wheelchair bound give TUI a go, I personally give the Plymouth Store 5* thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: so after a long longgggg time in trying to get tui head office (by phone) and some instore fuss,,, Cheniece to the rescue the birthday bestie took on the role of sorting my issue out within 24 hours all sorted and another great holiday booked this lady does not mess and would have no issue in booking again with her at the least, the store does do a great job too as a team thank you again cheniece the best are born on 9.6. thats all i can say !!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We were due to go on USA cruise on 9th July but sadly due to circumstances TUI had to cancel this. We went into the shop at 9 am to see if we could get something else, having booked 2 weeks off work we didn't want to stay at home. We were helped by an amazing lady called Hannah. We were there for 2.5 hours whilst she tried to get the money swapped over and booking another cruise. Because we initially booked online it was a little harder. Anyway, conclusion, Hannah helped us to get a week away and did most of the paperwork there and then. We feel she went above and beyond. Thank you Hannah

Fantastic experience: Rang to see if they were open today. A lovely lady called Michelle ( chellie) booked me an appointment for the same day. After going into TUI for the first time ever it was an absolute delight. Michelle was so friendly and professional made us feel at ease the whole time service was definitely 10/10 couldn't fault anything. We booked up straight away and left very very happy! Fantastic experience: We have just booked our first ever holiday abroad with my two year old daughter with Courtney in Plymouth city centre TUI & After what we thought would be a little bit stressful because we didn’t really know where we wanted to go, we’ve actually came away feeling so relieved & happy! I honestly can’t thank courtney enough for her patience and help. My daughter has complex medical needs and Courtney went through everything with us and even researched where our nearest hospital would be located in the event of an emergency. She also took the time to make sure we were 100% sure on our accommodation and make sure everything was perfect before booking. We also spoke with Sharon on arrival to TUI and she was so helpful and lovely & even offered us a free hot drink all whilst getting my two year old excited for her holiday in June! Courtney also gave my daughter a holiday sticker & a pretend boarding pass after we booked our holiday! We are so excited & so happy with TUI customer service in the Plymouth city centre and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Beth booked myself and my friends an amazing holiday to Crete for a week, the hotel was incredible and I would highly recommend to anyone, of all ages. Beth even managed to recommend us the tours to do whilst there as she had been to the hotel herself, which just made everything so personal. Even when we were on holiday, I was able to contact Beth and the team to ask a question regarding one of my tours and everything was sorted out for me with no hassle. Fantastic experience: Walked into TUI on. 8/1/23 to book a holiday we had been viewing. The unit was very busy. We were greeted in a very professional manner and informed that we had a slight delay to be seen, with this we were given an appointment time or invited to wait. We decided to wait and with this the main receptionist offered us a coffee whilst we looked through the brochure and waited for her next team member who was having a quick lunch break. Within no time at all Cheniece appeared and invited us to her desk, cutting short her lunch. Cheniece was very friendly, chatty and helpful a true professional and in no time at the whole holiday process was completed. Once again thank you to the excellent team at TUI Plymouth and Cheniece.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Livia. I received an email from Tui cancelling my flight. Spent 12 hours trying to book on line and speak to customer service. No one responded to any enquiry channel, including social media. My wife suggested phoning our nearest TUI store. Livia answerd straight away, took our new booking and processed payment. All done in under 5 minutes and cheaper than the internet price! Will henceforth use the TUI shop! Thank you

Negative experience: Terrible service from Tui because of present situation nobody from Tui can help you over the phone even if you do get an answer, because I booked in store nobody can help you over the phone, you must wait until the store opens. Our holiday would have been and gone by then and so far only 5 days to go before we are due to go and no contact from tui at all, even though we know the holiday is not going ahead which is quite right give Covid 19 but no response from Tui is unforgivable. You will never get my custom again

Fantastic experience: After receiving an E-mail just 14 days before our holiday to Mexico telling us the pool was closed in our booked hotel. We were absoloutely gutted we'd either have to cancel or choose 1 of 3 other hotels which were not anything like we'd booked! Fearing we'd have to settle for cancelling our holiday we dealt with a lady called Michelle in the Plymouth city centre branch. Most wonderful travel agent I've ever dealt with. Not only did she end up getting us a better hotel after being told the day before we couldn't. She also gave us a massive reduction on the extra we had to pay. I was ready to take to social media and totally rubbish TUI for what had happened and take my custom elsewhere. However Michelle is a credit to your branch and if not for het our holiday dream would have been ruined. So we'd like to personally thank Michelle and if anyone reads this to know she is a credit to you. You should be proud to have her on your team.
