Negative experience: My and my fiance came today to TUI in Southampton to try book wedding. Girl who's serve us don't know nothing about job she should do. She give one question how to find wedding in the system to one of her coworker.After 10 minutes scrolling in computer and don't give us any answer or offer I give up believe she know what she doing. Girl was not ready to do the job and that way loose the clients. Girl was not trained to do her job at all. Waste of time. Few holidays before (we book all the time trough TUI) in Southampton branch was gentleman who was really nice with really good customer service skills and amazing knowledge about job what he doing. Shame we can't see him this time... I think Eastleigh branch have much better quality with customer service and much better knowledge. If You want book Your holiday please don't do trough Southampton brunch becouse You will lose Your time and nervous. On last visit in Southampton brunch we feel ignored and not happy to see.

Fantastic experience: We have just booked our summer holiday with Louise. The group is fairly large and we were looking for Turkey. Louise took her time and had to have lots of patience with us. After a lot of searching we decided that unfortunately Turkey was out of our price range for the type of hotel we wanted so louise introduce us to Tunisa and WOW she got us a great hotel with a fabulous price.Thank you Louise for all your help. Fantastic experience: Massive thanks to Louise for her patience, understanding and explaining the different cabins and which one was the best offer for what I wanted. It’s nice to see someone who wants to help the customer instead of just taking money and moving on to the next customer. Even though it was very busy, I reckon I was in and out within an hour, even though I had many questions and don’t fully understand the layouts of cabins on the ship I picked for my cruise. I’ve used Tui Southampton for many years and it’s even refreshing when she mentioned she remembered me from my last booking (14 months ago) the store is always well laid out, clean and tidy. Louise even took time to offer services after I had paid my money and was preparing to leave, no pressure at all, just mentioning the additional things she could help with before we sail. I also use this store for the above reasons, nothing is to much bother for anyone is this branch. Thanks for your time Louise.

Fantastic experience: Louise R - absolute star!! We booked one of the TUI cruises to Croatia for June this year. She was so helpful and informative her friendly professional manner put you at ease. She explained everything we needed to know as we are novices when it comes to cruises. Cannot recommend enough in fact all the staff I have encountered in TUi have always been very helpful especially the Above Bar Southampton staff - keep up the good work!!

Fantastic experience: Have previously booked holidays with Tui, with Lou H and have always had fantastic service. Recently went into the Southampton branch to enquire about a possible future booking and was so pleased to be able to see Lou H, where yet again she went above and beyond with her level of service. She is always happy, friendly and extremely courteous, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic experience: Last year my sister, mum and I visited the tui Southampton store to book a family holiday for 11 of us! With 6 adults and 5 children to accommodate, this was no easy task! Luckily we stumbled across Anita. This lady was a super star! We sat there until the bitter end while she found us the perfect holiday to Rhodes. Anita took endless time and trouble to find us exactly the holiday which suited us. Unfortunately a couple of days before we were due to go, the wildfires meant that all holidays to Rhodes were cancelled. We went back to the store and Savannah and Holly did the very best they could to find somewhere for all 11 of us. Not an easy task! They stayed well past closing time, and eventually we managed to go to Turkey. Amazing hotel and a great holiday - sadly only for 7 instead of 10 days, but we all had a great time. So yesterday we were back in store! We were so happy to get Anita again to help us choose our next holiday! Once again she put all her wonderful energy into finding us the best holiday possible (with all our criteria ticked off!) she found us what looks like the perfect holiday to Ibiza in July 2024! We can not wait! Anita really was a superstar on both occasions, as were her afore mentioned colleagues. In short, we will always return to tui Southampton now because of the lovely staff here. Fantastic experience: Not been abroad for a few years, wasn’t really sure where would be a nice family resort all inclusive etc so popped into the Southampton TUI to have a browse. Danni was so helpful and really looked after me, she was extremely knowledgeable about the different locations and resorts and what they had to offer so it wasn’t long before my holiday was booked !!
