Negative experience: I saw a holiday package on the TUI App to cyprus for 1280£ for 2 adults . I then called the TUI walsall office as a previous customer who booked a 40,000.00£ trip for 18 people to get a better price . I spoke to molly and she gave me a 80£ discount after she spoke to her Manager . I was ready to provide card details and book the trip however she said as departure is less than 2 weeks i have to do it in their office . Molly than booked me an appointment for 18:45 same day .I sent my elderly parents to their office over 45 mins drive to get it booked . When they arrived before their allocated time , she was not available and another member of staff said the holiday price has now gone up within 1 hour and tried charging them over 1320£. Now my parents was so upset and angry they walked out and called me informing me they would never want to fly with TUI and book a holiday with them . TUI sort this poor customer service out .

Fantastic experience: Visited TUI Walsall store today and was greeted by Demi. Demi helped us sort out a Caribbean cruise/stay holiday for 2025. Demi was very thorough in finding us the holiday we were looking for and offering us a competitive price. Demi was extremely polite, pleasant, efficient and helpful having some banter in the process. We booked the holiday thanks to experience in the store today.

Fantastic experience: I popped in on a random weekday afternoon and was fortunate to have been helped by Kayleigh. A left to the wire honeymoon needed where Kayleigh was helpful, jovial and personal with me....we went back a few days later, specifically wanted Kayleigh to help us with the final parts of the booking, and honeymoon is sorted and we're off next week. People may think they're a holiday booking pro with all search tools online, but we found the value of Kayleigh's help, who has daily experiences with a vast number of hotels, flights, etc, communication with colleagues, contractors and customers, an awareness of the destinations climate, activities, a country's relevant current affairs, and so much more we found extremely valuable.....but our most appreciated part of of our holiday booking experience was Kayleigh's enthusiasm for us and her genuine thoughts and opinions. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Went into store and spoke to Maddison about a holiday I already had booked and had some concerns about swapping hotels and just a few questions about my itinerary . She managed to put my mind at rest and made the holiday experience exciting again. All the staff at TUI Walsall are so helpful and can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be booking again through TUI Walsall.

Fantastic experience: Just booked a package holiday with Helen in TUI today, she was amazing and listened to everything that we wanted and gave us many options and alternatives until we found the holiday for us. She focused well on our specific allergy needs, and helped by finding a hotel that was suitable! She went above and beyond and time was not an issue. Cannot wait to revisit and book another package holiday with her for next year.

Fantastic experience: We came into the store with a problem with our august holiday due to surgery, we came with intentions to change or cancel. Both options were a lot more expensive but maddie sorted out a relaxing holiday this september to recover, she has been extremely helpful and sorted everything for us and is a credit to the company Any problems with your holiday id definitely reccomend maddie to deal with

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Cassie enough for all her help today. It's been 10 years since we'd last booked a holiday and our first travelling with our son, but Cassie made the whole process so easy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice on how to make our trip easier regarding allergies/additional needs. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very patient and happy to answer all our questions. Negative experience: I visited the TUI store Walsall to book a holiday I would normally book online and I wished I had on this occasion. I experienced very poor service from an agent (who I won’t name) I won’t be visiting again after my experience.

Fantastic experience: We went to book a holiday and couldn’t make up our mind where to travel, so just went in with a few must haves for the hotel, one of them being a swim up room. Negative experience: I have been using TUI for the last 10 years to book holidays, they’re usually slightly more expensive than other booking platforms but for the whole package I found it to be worthwhile however the last holiday I booked has been by far the worst experience of booking a holiday I have ever had due to needing to make amendments. I will never use TUI again as they have been so unhelpful and difficult. Promising to make the amendments and then forgetting more than 3 times. Please avoid and book elsewhere as if there is any issues it will cost you over £1000 like it has for myself.

Having booked through her for a number of years she now knows our likes and dislikes and has always recommended places which have suited us perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Visited Tui Walsall today to book a family holiday! We were met by Vicki and another colleague at the front desk, they were both very welcoming and made us feel comfortable! Alice was introduced to us as our advisor and I can honestly say she was brilliant! She was very patient throughout and catered to our needs and wants, alongside this her advice and knowledge of the hotels/areas etc was extremely good. I would highly recommend this shop if you are planing a holiday! Staff are lovely!!

Fantastic experience: Like many businesses they want you to interact with them on line. It probably shows my age but I like to talk to people especially when I am parting with large sums of money and I would urge you to do the same. You can of course read up on all the terms and conditions, small print etc but sometimes need to be able to read between the lines. I am really pleased I went in the Walsall store to research my holiday as they gave me far more information than what you could readily obtain from the App. Seeking alternative options was also so much easier.

Julie arranged prices for all wedding parties and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything selected ready for our dream wedding! Julie arranged the whole package, booked our extra legroom / premium seats, upgraded our rooms as well as adding on the wedding package with the wedding department. Considering wedding planning is considered one of the most stressful things in life to plan, Julie made the entire process stress free!!!! Fantastic experience: Travelling with TUI since 2018 and have not had a single bad experience. The staff at the travel store are extremely helpful and thorough. From personal experience, they have always gone the extra mile to get the best deals and offers, and so far have always been spot on with recommendations for package holidays.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lanzarote Costa Teguise for many years COVID has now finished pop into the Tui Superstore in Walsall speak to an advisor who comes up with the HD Beach Resort l have been walking passed it for years Wow the hotel was excellent food was of a high standard and the staff were fantastic. Had I not have gone into the Tui store, I would have just been another holiday, but TUI and HD resort made it a holiday to remember!

Negative experience: Il never book with Tui again there customer service especially demi in the walsall branch and on the online chat while away in turkey is a complete waste of time. They take your money and then dismiss your complaint

Fantastic experience: Rang Walsall store to ask a query Julie answered the call but was unable to help us straight away but rang back within 5 minutes, when we went into store to book our holiday we asked for Julie she was very friendly and very professional and got us a good deal on our holiday!! Negative experience: Should score 0 Rang for a quote on a cruise. Took detail and never got back to me. Rang again tried to locate operator to call back. During their unprofessional waiting time I was able to book directly with the Cruise Liner and a much better service. Not impressed with TUI Superstore WASTE OF TIME. G

Negative experience: Booked first time via Tui earlier this year. First family holiday with a two year old and a 10 month old so thought I’d travel via a reputable agent. Staff themselves were excellent and so was the booking experience. Holiday and after care was a total shambles. Flight was delayed by 26+ hours - although this was a third party flight everyone who had booked through other travel agents got a 2 day refund as we arrived two days late on holiday. Tui on the app promised a refund but as the chat was deleted when I changed my phone they couldn’t even honour this. So a 5 day holiday turned into a 3 day holiday and I still paid full and have not had any compensation. The message of a refund was shown to the manager (in store proper to phone change on my return) but I am yet still to hear from the manager to confirm they seen this as Tui head office confirmed an email from the manager will mean they’d honour it. Tui blaming airline and airline asking me to go back to Tui as per every other customer on the flight. And airline sun express have also advised all those who booked directly have received a full refund. Be very careful with the services that are offered with a third party and keep proof of everything. You only know how good a service is when you really need help and things don’t go as planned.

Fantastic experience: We were so happy with our experience in store, all the staff were friendly when we arrived. We sat with Vicky the store manager and she was so helpful! We didn’t really know exactly where we wanted to visit but knew we fancied Turkey for may next year. Vicky ran through some points that were important for us especially as we will be traveling with children aged from 3-17 and we wanted the holiday to suit us all. Vicky had great knowledge of the area and explained every detail of the booking for us, we cannot wait for our holiday and would definitely recommend visiting Walsall superstore.
