Fantastic experience: We have used Barrhead Travel Halifax a couple of times before and have always had 5 star service from the whole team. This time we were looked after by Nikki. We walked in without an appointment and need help and advise on a special holiday for our Dads 70th celebrations. There is a large party and we had a few options in our head, finding the right dates and right places to go was proving tricky. Nikki was knowledgable patient and answered all of our questions helping us decide in that moment the best time to take our trip and helped us narrow down our choices. We have booked a holiday for this year with Nikki and are currently working on the plan for our special celebration with Nikki helping us. I would highly recommend using Barrhead Halifax for your travel plans. I trust them completely and know I am in safe hands for all my travels A very happy and satisfied customer

Negative experience: For currency collection. A shame the notification email didn't say it was a staff training day at the shop, that would have saved an unnecessary journey for collection when it's closed. I notice Google maps also says open today. A waste of time and petrol

Fantastic experience: Just booked a friends stag do and can’t fault the service I got from both Vicky & Hannah, both went above what I’d expected from a travel agent as some places are just quick to book anything, Vicky took her time to find us the best deal that would allow a group of lads to stay which is not easy considering quite a few places now won’t accept stag and hen parties to their hotels, refreshing to have a company like Barrhead put us first Well done Ladies

Fantastic experience: Fabulous I seen an advert on my Facebook. Open the ad up and had the opportunity to call. Spoke with Vicky and she made the whole process simple, easy and a pleasure. I had asked about different dates to the one in the ad, and this information was looked up and provided. Prices were similar so went ahead and made the booking. Confirmed all the details and chose all the options that were available, then all was sent in a confirmation email. Contact details were left for Vicky too as I have the option to have airport car park booking if I want this, no pressure to take the offer either. Brilliant service and will use again.

Fantastic experience: I was sold a holiday to Egypt, by Sascha Maycock In Halifax. A clean, and inviting shop. Friendly staff, Sascha Maycock made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything perfectly, and for someone with Autism that she was unaware of, her natural friendly manner made me feel safe and well looked after from the beginning. My holiday is booked for September 2022, and will update my review accordingly after the holiday to reflect the complete experience. But thus far, I'm very happy and have no concerns.
