Fantastic experience: Can’t Thank Faye at Pure Travel enough as it was my partners 50th this year and wanted to book a couple of surprise trips for her birthday. I hate technology as scared of getting ripped off. Up stepped Faye and she got us a trip to Venice in June and just on way back from a beautiful weekend in Prague. And all I had to do was carry our cases. And my Mrs was delighted as had tears on her birthday thank you so so much Faye you legend xx

Fantastic experience: We wanted to give a huge thankyou to Mike and his team at Pure travel, for making our trip of a lifetime to New Zealand so fantastic. Mike not only saved us a lot of time and money after trying to put a tour together ourselves, but actually being a Kiwi himself, also gave us a huge amount of great advise, all of which turned out to be spot on. All our pre-booked hotels, campervan, excursions, internal ferry and flights etc. were seamless and straight forward. The Pure team also sorted out our return flight bookings and got us some great seats while we were away. They took all the stress of that away from us and kept us informed via the Pure App, so we just had to turn up at Auckland airport. If you’re planning a detailed tour to your bucket-list destination we would highly recommend Pure Travel. And if you’re looking to do a New Zealand adventure, Mike is 100% your guy.

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently booked a trip from UK, through Asia to Australia. Mike and the team were very friendly and also extremely knowledgeable and they organised our flight, transfers and hotels without fuss. They helped with visas and other paperwork which took all the stress out of the booking process. There was never any high-pressure salesmanship and we felt that they genuinely had our interests at heart by asking pertinent questions about our holiday requirements and then making highly relevant suggestions for flight routes, accommodation, excursions and points of interest. We are looking forward to our holiday and would recommend Pure Travel, Halifax without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Dealt with Caron and she was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. We were looking for a Northern Lights Cruise and she searched for us using our basic criteria and came up with a few options. We went away to consider with our friends and phoned back later with our final questions and Caron answered all our queries and then booked our chosen holiday. All together a great experiance having previously done all the legwork myself in past years. Will certainly use Pure Travel again and Caron is highly recommended for her superb customer service.

We haven’t made it easy for her with the changes we have needed to make, but she has been great and just sorted everything. It has all been stress free and we have all our holiday information in the app. Someone is always quick to respond to any queries, which has been great as other travel services can be impossible to contact. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Pure enough. We have booked multiple holidays and due to Covid they've all had to be rearranged. Nothing was too much trouble with changing dates & locations. We finally got to travel to Grenada this month & had the most amazing time. Would not book with anyone else!!

Fantastic experience: We went to Pure Travel because of the good reviews online and they didn't disappoint. Faye was friendly and listened carefully to what we wanted, asking all the right questions. Within an hour we had found the perfect holiday package. We even got an extra discount. They sort all the paperwork, even checking in for us. We are using the app to keep track of everything. We just need to sort out our own holiday insurance. I will update my review once we have been on holiday.

Have occasionally used other local travel agents but in my opinion none get anywhere near the level of service and expertise offered by Pure Travel. Mike has a extensive knowledge of worldwide travel particularly in the Far East and Australasia and when travel arrangements get complicated with visas and Covid etc they make it look simple and remove all the stress and worry. His loyal staff are also first class.

Fantastic experience: Brad has been amazing helping us find our perfect first holiday as a family. Its our first holiday since 2018 and our first time traveling with our little one so we were quite set about what we wanted from the holiday and Brad liased with us regularly making every effort to meet our needs. He even contacted the hotel on our behalf to make a few request, all of which have been agreed, had we have booked our holiday by ourselves I doubt that this would've been the case. The travel app is great and reasurring to have an electronic copy of all our documents in one place. All that's left to do is pack!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently booked flights to Australia through Pure Travel and found that the process was very straightforward and worry free. Our main contact, Mike, explained all the documentation that we needed to enter Australia and even set up a travel app on both our phones as a backup to the printed forms needed. Full marks to him and Pure Travel!

Fantastic experience: Really great service. I first used Pure 3 years ago, pre covid to book a package holiday. Brad was really knowledgeable and able to advise on what would suit us, and we had a great holiday. So went back to book our 1st post covid holiday and had same great service. Very friendly, I rushed and comfortable to deal with, advice provided on covid travel rules etc. Saved hours of painful trawling the internet, with the benefit of speaking to someone about the kind of resort etc, and when I checked later, I’d got the holiday cheaper than if I’d booked direct. Brilliant!!
